Well I have a history working with Carbone Subaru. Over the years I have brought 4 vehicles. The last two had been somewhat a nightmare. Not disclosing major mechanical issue on use vehicle they sell.

The passenger side door handle on my son's 1999 Integra broke off when he tried to open his car after a brutal snow storm. I ordered the part from Acura and searched on-line for a body shop that could make the install. Coles was very cordial on the phone and suggested a time to bring the car by for an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and the door handle was replaced that day. The work was excellent and my son and I were very pleased. Five stars and they deserved every one!
