I have had my car fixed at this shop numerous times. I would recommend them to anyone. It is always difficult to find a repair shop where you trust the people who are servicing your car...This is that place! They tell it like it is. No unneeded services or surprise extras when you go to pay the bill. To be fair, I had one uncomfortable situation arise with them. However, I was the one that made them uncomfortable (long story I wont bore you with) and once it was explained (professionally I might add), the situation was corrected and I continue to have my car serviced there. iam Leah kaufman I was there in 10.21.23 at 3.50pm I waiting long times to someone come up no body coming I go in side and the man in there was sleeping I call the man after he pumped my gas he clean my window I ask them what is your name he say Washington and I no ask them to cleaning my window I was washed my car 5 minutes go in the car wash and after he finished he ask me for 10 dollars for the window wash I told hem call your boss he say he is the boss

I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.
