4 days of excuses, unnecessary repairs , crazy bills , walk/ run away ! the worst experience ever!!

I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.

Right when I thought this was a reputable shop. This is absolutely the worst shop/junkyard you can go to. Had Mazin and Pete rebuild my engine on my 2013 X5 and literally 8 days later, it goes bad and their excuse is”oil cooler”. I will get every penny back and I will make sure everyone knows about the scam operation you are running there. Mazen and Pete, Karma will bite you back and I’ll see you in court. I will not let this pass. What a scamming shop that doesn’t stand behind their work or anything they do. If you don’t believe me, look at all the reviews engine rebuild reviews. These guys don’t know what they are doing nor what they are talking about. Unfortunately for you, you messed around with he wrong guy.

We specialize only on BMW.We do any kind of service and have used parts 1992 to 2006 for 3 series,engine,transmission,body parts etc.we also do ecu update,ecu flash,any module programming,ews alignment etc any model any year 1994-2012.

Truck was brought in no one can fix it.Found the problem fixed it & no troubles after .

I WENT INSIDE FOR A TUNE UP... SOUNDS SIMPLE BUT MY CAR REQUIRES TWO QUARTS OF OIL AND THEY PUT HALF A QUART. THESE TWO BROTHER LIE AN STEAL THAT'S ALL THEY DO. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. THE WORST WORK I'VE EVER HAD DONE IN YEARS..... THEY SUCK.. WARNING NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CLIFTON CITGO. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY.....
