AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEIR HEAD MECHANIC, WE HAD OUR ROLLS ROYCE DELIVERED TO CARRIAGE HOUSE ON APRIL 4, 2013. HE INFORMED US HE WAS AN “EXPERT” AND THAT OUR MECHANICAL ISSUE (THE ALTERNATOR WAS NOT CHARGING) WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. HE WANTED $1,000 UP FRONT FOR A “DIAGNOSIS”. WE GAVE HIM THE MONEY. IN MID-MAY HE SAID HE NEEDED MORE TIME AND MONEY. WHEN WE WERE HESITANT, HE TOLD US THAT THE DIAGNOSIS HAD NOW BECOME A MATTER OF “PRIDE” TO HIM AND THAT HE WOULD NOT CHARGE US ANYMORE MONEY. HE WENT SO FAR AS TO TELL US THAT HE HAD A GROUP OF HIS MECHANICS WORKING ON THEIR “OWN TIME” TO ASSIST HIM IN FINDING OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE HELD THE CAR UNTIL JULY 9, 2013 AND WHEN WE ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE CAR (ANOTHER FLAT BED RIDE!), WE HAD TO SIGN A RELEASE. TO THIS DAY HE STILL HAS NOT GIVEN US A DIAGNOSIS AS TO WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. HOWEVER, WE SHOULD NOTE THAT WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR, IT HAD BEEN FRESHLY WASHED. WE SENT THE CAR TO PATRICK’S IN SIMSBURY, CT. AFTER TWO DAYS IN HIS SHOP, OUR CAR WAS REPAIRED AND IN FANTASTIC WORKING ORDER. IN THE FUTURE, IF WE WANT THE WORLD’S MOST EXPENSIVE CAR WASH, WE WILL SEND OUR CAR TO CARRIAGE HOUSE.

Worst dealership in Paterson NJ....the owner and his son are lairs, unprofessional and racist. You can not trust these individuals or the cars they sell. I had two relatives purchase cars from them and until this date they cars can not pass inspection because of the many issues the car has after they called themselves fixing it. My sister also witnessed them steal the car batter out of her car that was brand new and the owner said the batter was no good after that was only two weeks old. The owner could not find her new battery after she questioned where her battery was. The owner got upset because she questioned him...he thought he was going to get away with stealing her new battery. Please don't waist your time with this dealership they charm you to buy and assure you that their cars are good and once it's sold they won't answer their phone and try to charge you for a car they know was was no good from the start. My family paid over 5,000 for their cars please don't be the next victim!

I recently purchased a 2000 Jeep Wrangler from Grand Motor Sales, After driving for less then 3 months it started setting a code p303 which should have been an easy fix,but someone put radiator seal into the engine causing the cyl 3 coolant ports to plug solid. This also caused a coolant leak into chamber 3 which set the code for misfire. I would not recomend anyone purchase anything from the used car dealer. I was told by the sales person/owner that this vehical was his brothers. The only reason anyone would add radiator seal to a vehicle is to hid a problem!
