Auto repair service near Skaneateles, NY

Originally I was told I would have to wait a couple of weeks to have the gasoline leak repaired on my Alfa Romeo because they were swamped with vehicles for repair. But not so! I was called within the week that my sports car was ready to be picked up, all fixed and ready to drive once again. Wonderful news!

I took my car to Scotties Detailing last week to be cleaned. We had a motor break in our window and had to put a piece of plexiglass in and stuck in on with duck tape. When we got the new window installed and took the duck tape off our black paint seemed ruined! We thought we would have to take it to a body shop. Scotties Detailing cleaned it up like it was brand new. We avoided a very high priced fix by taking our car to Scotties. The car is a 2007 Chrysler 300, black with metal flake, one of the hardest paints to clean and make shine without swirls. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. They were friendly and my God, so quick! They are worth every penney! We are planning to keep our car clean on a regular basis by taking it there. Thank you so much for the wonderful job you did on our 6 year old car and making it look showroom new! I give them 10 stars!!!

Was provided 2 different quotes. Upon picking the glass up they wanted to charge me double. After installing the glass, noticed a hairline fracture. I called the owner only to get yelled at by him. Worst business transaction ever! Poor quality, poor quotes, and extremely poor customer service!!
