Auto repair service near Valhalla, NY

My sister had new tires installed yesterday 12/14. She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.

HORRIBLE!!! BE CAREFUL!! Very bad experience. They do NOT stand behind thier warranty. Will NOT fix defects/breakdowns. They get you to think you have a good deal and peace of mind because of the Bumper to Bumper warranty, but they refuse to make the repairs. Go any where else. These guys are crooks and liars. BE WARNED !!!

This repair shop is very bad, I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone, unless you want to get scammed and charged the highest price for anytype of repair. they act very unproffesional, the owner always gives very high estimates and tries to also make money on the parts he orders for cheap after market. not to mention he does prostitution I was told by his employee and drinks alchohol in the office while working. not a place you want to take your car,it will either get your car in worse condition than you brougt it and have individuls who are not properly skilled in repairing cars to experiment on your car
