I truly trust Young's Tires for all my service needs, I needed new Tires for my SUV, I when early Monday Morning, I was very happy that they were able to get me right in, I tend to put off things to the very last minute. Young's Tires are very professional, a fine Family Owned Business. If you have issues they are always right there to resolve them. I have been going too them for YEARS, just because of that. First im gonna say is that i wont even talk about the parts Brad put back on my car without cleaning, like he said he was. I went to this garage, to have my car looked at because of overheating. Brad who works there told me it was my intake gaskets. He said it would cost $651 dollars to have it fixed, i ended dropping it off two weeks before i could pay to have it done. A week before i was gonna be able to pay for it i went in to let him know so that way it can be repaired by time i got in with my money. The time came i had my money, i went in thinking i was going to be able to just go right in and pay for it and drive away. No.... didnt happen he never even started it. To make a long story short, after a few more days later... remember he had my car for two weeks already. It was finally done. Heres the thing instead of $651, i had too pay $788. I asked him about it, he tells me he made a mistake and got the price for the intake gaskets mixed up. My question is how is this my fault? Dont go to this place horrible service and you dont know what you will be paying... even if he gives you a price. If i could rate this with no stars i would.

Save yourself an enormous financial hassle and find another dealer in the Horseheads area. TERRIBLE experience.
