Very professional and honest! Price paid was lower than price quoted.....they were able to save me money. Who does that???

I inherited a vehicle and wanted to see if it was worth fixing. In a nutshell, they took a month to do the repairs, charged me 500$ over the estimate, and did not change the tires or oil as the quote stated. Then I immediately took it for a second opinion and they said the engine was shot. I totally wasted over 2500$ because this mechanic didnt take the time to properly diagnose the vehicle.

I have always had excellent service form C&T. They are on time and competitive is costs. There is a reason they have been around so long.

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. I had my car in several times over the years for different maintenance services. Each time I was impressed with the fast and professional work that was done. Todd who is the owner would personally look over all work done and explain to me what was done and what may be needed in the future. There were never any pressure sales and their prices are very reasonable and fair. As I'm sure most people have taken their vehicles to a shop to have a repair performed only to find it wasn't fixed properly, or was charged too much etc. And then the next time you have a problem you take it to another repair shop and so on. As usual, I get the best service at Plain Brothers. I travel 26 miles round trip to go to them as they are trustworthy, fair, and give it to you straight. The waiting time passes quickly with other customers and Danielle contributing to the conversation...for a few minutes, it's like you have just met up with some friends.
