Auto repair service near Burton, OH

I took a perfectly good running 1959 Evinrude Golden Jubilee 5.5 horse motor to this place. The man SWITCHED THE MOTOR WITH A BLOWN ENGINE!!!! I will be taking him to court and I will win because I have proof.

Don't buy anything from this place. They sell nothing but death traps. If you get into an accident the vehicle will fall apart. He hides the rust. Puts blocks under things to hold it up.

Earlier today Progressive dispatched Dragon Towing to pick up my disabled vehicle and take it to a specified location. I find out 5 hours later from my sister my car was a mere .2 miles down the road, unlocked, left w/ the keys in the ignition!! NO ONE called to inform me. Dragon Towing just abandoned it due to apparently breaking down themselves. Unknown since no one can get them to answer the phone.

I have always had excellent service form C&T. They are on time and competitive is costs. There is a reason they have been around so long.

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

As I'm sure most people have taken their vehicles to a shop to have a repair performed only to find it wasn't fixed properly, or was charged too much etc. And then the next time you have a problem you take it to another repair shop and so on. It was wonderful to have Mike and Suburban Car & Truck referred to me. We have been using Suburban for 7 years now, sending our 5 family cars and our 4 business "fleet" vehicles. How great is it to be able to comfortably be able to send my wife, son and daughters directly to Suburban and know that they will be treated respectfully, honestly and fairly. Or to have my business vehicles repaired quickly and fairly to get them back on the road where they need to be. If you value your family and company being treated better, we recommend you take your vehicles to Suburban Car & Truck. They are definitely different than the rest.

I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. Extreme Quality Car Care is a great auto shop! The price for the job was cheaper than anyone else! It was even cheaper than my regular mechanic! The service was exceptional and I received my vehicle back in a timely manner. A close friend recommended this shop to me and now I recommend them to everyone that I know that needs a good mechanic!

The owner of this shop is very unprofessional. He will tell a customer a time but will arrive 2 hours later with a "matter of fact attitude." This has happened a couple of times. He's definitely not concern with keeping a high standard and not concern about his customers time.
