All Speed Innovations aka Sigma Six Engineering is ran by a wanna be engineer named Pat Smith. Pat uses customer cars as his personal cars while in for service. They charged me for a alignment and the alignment wasn't done. They also took it to a alignment shop without my permission. When they installed plastic TGV deletes they connected a ground wire to them. Pat couldn't figure out how to connect his laptop to my car and disable the TGVs, I did this myself after reading how to do it on the Internet. They also built a cage for a customer and ruined the customers car. Everyone should stay away from this shop or anything related to what Pat Smith does.

Purchased a new Chevrolet from the Joseph Family a Z71 truck traded in my Ford F-150 had owned a 2003,2007,2010 went to chevrolet for the best price and i like the looks of the chevrolet Z71 model, the service dept did a great job working with Mr,Tom Conway my sales specialist to install options. Sorry to see the Fords Go but Chevrolet discounted on the front end of the truck, and was discounted with rebates and gave me all the rebates , Ford had rebates but wanted to lower the trade in price the same amount of the rebate on my trade,so with that being said i purchased the chevrolet and had service install some options on my new chevrolet to make it a apple to apple truck trade. Great custmore service sales parts and service and staff, great attitudes from staff and GM of new car and truck sales true to form in all they do no games.

Service was good at first. A driver took us to a restaurant while our car was being serviced. We had to pay $313.00 for a new control arm. Once we started to go home the car started making a terrible noise. We took the car back, and we were told that it is like a new shoe; drive it for 1,000 miles, and it would be ok. The farther we drove the louder and rougher the car became to control. We got off the highway, because we could not go more than 35 miles an hour without the car shaking tremendously. When we turned the corner at Gettysburg and Germantown Streets the tire fell off. The lugs were either too tight, or not on. We had to call AAA to tow our car home. We had called the office to tell them it was hard to steer the car, while we were on the highway, and agin when the tire fell off. The service department was closed, and we had to call in the morning. We called and the Suzuki service department claimed they did not touch the tires. We were given the corporate office number, which is not answering. We are calling the Better Business Office to report the mishap. It ended up being a very bad service experience.
