Auto repair service near Chardon, OH

They promised a free evaluation via a video on the Google page presented by the president of the company! They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

BUYER BEWARE! I recommend against contacting this company for Truck engine repair. The owner Tom rebuilt an engine for us and did not stand by his work. Less than a 1200 miles on the engine that they rebuilt and the vehicle will not even drive down the block without breaking down. This has cost me thousands of dollars in tows and lost opportunities for my business. After spending $13,000+ dollars for the repair work and he Toasted the engine. The engine is not even repairable after taking it to his shop. It would cost much more to repair the vehicle to even get it running. He promised to pay for his mistake and I have yet to see a dime. After being given the run around for many months I'm tired of dealing with his LIES! Thanks for nothing Tom. I will update my review when and if Toms stops dragging his feet and makes this right. A man who does not stand by his work is no man.
