I have been to this shop for years, it recently changed management and only went downhill. I took my vehicle in for strut repair, an unrelated transmission gasket repair and an oil change. My main complaint was my car was shaking on acceleration/deceleration. 24 hours after they said my car would be complete and $1600 later, my car is shaking on acceleration, deceleration and idle. They put in the wrong weight of oil but "graciously" changed it again without charging me again. When I communicated my frustration I got an empty apology and an offer for a free oil change in three months. Between the poor communication of when to expect repairs to be completed and the shoddy work, I would recommend people avoid this shop.

I had Met Jon Ketchum though my work. I have had met other people within his profession and decided there firm was a class act barring NONE . Upon having my vehicle repaired.I was informed of the repairs that would be needed as well as the cost of the repairs.They were up front. As well as thorough thru out the repairs. Upon the repairs they were more than honest on the time they had spent to perform the repairs. BAD BUSINESS!!! 11 days ago I bought a 97 civic from Cedric...the car was disgusting and in terrible shape but he reassured me mechanically it was great and told me he would do an oil change and a bunch of other things so I left the car overnight after paying for it. Two days after I had been driving the car the check engine light came on and it started making really weird noises. A few days after that the oil light came on! I went to get it checked only to find out there wasn't a drop of oil in the car and the engine could've blown at any time! Mind you I stressed to him I needed something safe and reliable because I just had a baby! He wrote in the contract he did and oil change not only did he not do it he didn't even make sure there was oil in the car! I called left a message and heard nothing called again they said he wasn't in finally when I got ahold of him today he told me he would call me back and never did! This place is a scam! Now we're going to court but I would save yourself a headache this place has been sued a couple years back from the city of ohio for scamming people! He told me there was a new timing belt put on it the timing belt bolts are so rusted on there's no way they look like they've been on there forever!
