Auto repair service near Hamilton, OH

I brought my high mileage Mercedes here after it decided to not want to start. What is great about C's Autohaus is what they didn't do; they didn't try to take advantage of me because I'm a Mercedes owner, which up until now, I thought was some kind of code for moron to repair shops. I'm used to taking my car in to a shop and having them try to sell me thousands of dollars worth of useless repairs with highly inflated part costs. C's Autohaus was able to diagnose that it was just the starter motor, and replaced it at a responable price. They were also able to find and fix an oil leak the same day at, again, a reasonable price, and they fixed some minor performance issues while they were in there gratis. After those repairs my fuel economy went from about 10 l/100km to around 7 l/100km (smaller number is better). The shop itself is pretty cool too. They have a lot of old VWs from the 60s and 70s on their lot which I'm guessing are project cars.

The staff and service was outstanding.

I can't say enough about the professional service every time I bring in one of my Mercedes. For both old & newer cars, diagnosing the problems, finding the parts and fixing everything to perfection, with personal attention, is a perfect combination. Ricky & his team run a great organization and I recommend them to everyone!

I bought a used Subaru from these guys. Sticker price was a little high, but after talking with them I was able to talk them down to a price I was happy with. I spoke with the owner and his son. Both were very friendly people. No problems with the car. Happy with the new Subie.

Put $1000 down on a FOrd Explorer yesterday and drove it les than 5 miles to a gas station before it wouldnt start. Manager has anger control problems. They seem to think that the "as-is" status of their cars is a work around for fraud. I looked the error code up online and it was an electrical system problem that is common with the 2006 Explorer. Manager claims they had no idea there was an electrical problem. Fat chance. DO NO BUY FROM HERE unless you want a piece of junk car that may not even make it a mile down the road before it breaks down. Look up reviews on better business bureau they have an F rating on there and other websites. Its like a bad reality tv show in there stay far away from this place.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!!!! They will sell you a vehicle that breaks down in a week or two of purchase; whether it be headgaskets leaking, oil and water leaks, transmissions failing and general electronics and vehivle computers failing. Their staff is very volatile and will cuss out customers who fight for their right to purchase a decent vehicle, not a lemon. Their sister car lot, Payless Auto Sales is no better as the staff and mechanics alter which lots they work at daily. Further actions are being pursued and further information will be given once actions are established.

This is a two-man shop with Scott mainly up front and Sandy mainly in the back. I have found the two to be very honest and straightforward. Given a small independent shop, they perform routine maintenance as well as manage to track down automotive gremlins. And if the gremlins recur, they are very fair about redoing and rectifying. Rates are more than fair. And NO gouging. No free loaners, but will work with Enterprise rental for reasonable price, if necessary. I have been using this shop for several years for cars including: 1995 Saab, 2005 VW Passat GLX, 2012 Volvo XC70 (still under warranty, but little things), 2015 Volvo V60 T6 (also still under warranty, but little things also including intermediate oil change between recommended 10K gratis change at dealer). Though reluctantly, they will work on USA domestic marques with a bit of pleading or coercion. Recommended......Velocitoro

Danco is a wonderful customer friendly place to go!! Was having transmission problems and they rebuilt it and it runs great. Donna and Marty are 2 of the most friendly and knowledgeable people I know. I will never trust anybody but them to ever work on my vehicles.

Else...If you read my other two reviews......which are really one but too long. I have to ask you, if this place had such good mechanics, how did all of these problems get missed and why did they sell the car like this? Was it intentional? Or are the mechanics incompetent in mechanics? Just think about it. Save your money, I wish I had.
