Excellent service! My check engine light came on, Oreilles and the dealer told me it was my oil pressure switch. The dealer said they would need it for 3-4 days. Shaw's was able to have my jeep done the very next day. The guy at the counter was great, and the owner Steve made it a point to come talk to me. Overall I am very happy, and will be back for all my future needs!

Love the convenience and food at the Sheetz stores! I would rather eat there than ANY fast food place. Love the machines to order food, the selection and quality of the food you get there. The people are always very friendly and helpful in any way they can be. Whoever created this place is a genius!

Earlier today Progressive dispatched Dragon Towing to pick up my disabled vehicle and take it to a specified location. I find out 5 hours later from my sister my car was a mere .2 miles down the road, unlocked, left w/ the keys in the ignition!! NO ONE called to inform me. Dragon Towing just abandoned it due to apparently breaking down themselves. Unknown since no one can get them to answer the phone.

I inherited a vehicle and wanted to see if it was worth fixing. In a nutshell, they took a month to do the repairs, charged me 500$ over the estimate, and did not change the tires or oil as the quote stated. Dave and his team are quick, honest and go beyond what I expected. They have the technology repair the machine and help explain what's wrong. The completion time estimates are very reliable. Cold February and no heat create driving problems. Another garage insisted on multiple visits and "attempts" to repair the problem. As each bill came due - the message was clear. I worked nearby and coworkers suggested Rad Air for a solution. In one try they permanently and affordably repaired the problem. From the heat in the car to the gearbox on the engine - brakes, oil, wiper blades and ..yes, the loaner cars, all needs are met. Depending on how close you work - you may get a lift back to work with your road test. Being a passenger in your own car can make the process easier. I've been towed in and limped in. Each time feeling the relief knowing the solution was near. When I broke down in Cleveland I was relieved to see the Garfield Hts location nearby. They do things THE SAME WAY! I Highly recommend Longs auto they are very HONEST. I and my family members have been going to them for many years. Before finding them we have all had several bad experiences elsewhere. They are very helpful and honest. They are the only one that I trust my elderly fathers car with. We will NEVER go anywhere else.
