We have used this mechanic shop a few times now. The mechanic is very honest and does great work. One vehicle we brought in, and he was unable to absolutely diagnose the problem or if the work he did would fix it, so he told us that straight up and discounted the charge for the diagnosis of the vehicle because he felt he had not properly served us. It was because of his honesty on that occasion that we returned to him.

Good service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable price. I found a place where small-town service has a meaning. You need to give this business a try. Timothy Lint

They promised a free evaluation via a video on the Google page presented by the president of the company! They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! Price and service was transparent. Definitely using Wrench again. Andy W.

Paid $460 some dollars to have my coolant system checked and "fixed". Drove 5 miles down the road only to have antifreeze spewing out all over. Bought more antifreeze and filled and drive my car to another care repair shop. Paid to have the thermostat housing replaced and MORE antifreeze put in. 3 weeks ago Jimyz's agreed to refund the cost of antifreeze and a pressure check. Called 3 times since the only to be told "the check is in the mail". May need an attorney for this one as I am on a fixed income and this whole experience has been a nightmare!

by Kevin 12/15/2011 Bad Attitude, Poor Service, and they almost killed me. 1. Bought 4 new tires. Not only did they put the wrong tires on, they tightened the lug nuts bolts too tight and 3 for the 5 snapped off the front right before I discovered the problem after just getting off the highway at speeds of 65 mph. They did repair the lug nuts bolts, but claims it was not their fault, that "someone else tightened them". No one had touched the tires after their work. 2. Bought another set of tires and had a front end alignment. Upon returning and complaining about the front end pulling to the left this taking one of their "tech" with me on a road test to show them what it was doing, they claimed it was "to the specks of the Chevy. One the next visit a week later. the "tech" claimed it was do to the crown in the road and not their work. It would pull to the left even when the road slanted higher to the left, not to mention he passed huge amount of gas in my truck , as a F--- You, before handing me my keys back to drive away. It still pulled to the left. I had to take it to the dealer to get it alined. When speaking to the owner, he claims their work is fine and that we should not do any more business. I said "Happy NOT to do business with a shop that I have had nothing but problems with".

I bought a Toyota 4Runner in 2016 from Georgia and purchased an extended service plan for $2600. This plan was to include free maintenance for a certain amount of miles or years. After one year of owning the vehicle, I moved to Ohio were I began having it serviced at Don Joseph Toyota. My new career is in construction and my vehicle is primarily used for work. 5 days a week, I drive on dusty, and muddy roads. To uphold the warranty, a Toyota maintenance log must be followed and stamped by the dealership. Each service visit I asked for the additional maintenance as outlined in the book for my driving conditions. The service advisors checked off that the maintenance was done and stamped my log book. After 2 visits, I noticed that the work order invoice did not match the log book. I was assured that everything that was in the book was completed even though it was not on the invoice. On 3/10/2020, I took my car in for the 60k service. Part of the service per the maintenance log and my request, the cabin air filter was suppose to be replaced, the propeller shaft was suppose to be greased and torqued. My tires were suppose to be rotated. I paid $122 after a coupon, for the 60 mile service to find out all I received was an oil change. I took my vehicle back after finding my old dirty cabin air filter still in my glove compartment. They gave me a new one. I took my vehicle home and put it up on a lift, and noticed there was no grease, not even old grease on my 6 grease points on the drive shaft. My fluids weren't topped off and my tires not rotated. I took my car back a 3rd time after speaking to the service manager Nick. I spoke to him about how the invoices never match my log book and the new girl advisor in the front told me, if the item is not on the invoice, the service was not done. After looking at my vehicle and speaking to the tech who serviced my vehicle. He kindly offered me a refund and apology. I noticed when I got home, that the fluids still were not topped off, and tires not rotated. I then reached out to Jess Joseph the GM. She never responded. I called Toyota corporate and filed a complaint with them. She finally contacted me via email, and apologized. I wanted a resolution for the fact FOR TWO YEARS, THEY HAVE NOT PERFORMED THE SERVICES I ASKED FOR AND PAID FOR. I showed her proof of my work/service invoices and copies of my log book that her advisors stamped that the work was performed and completed. She was not the nicest person after I left a one star review on Google. My car was suppose to have special maintenance done for 2 years. They lied and neglected to uphold a extended MAINTENANCE PLAN I PAID FOR.
