Auto repair service near Tallmadge, OH

Purchased 2006 Ford F150 from them. Was told it had 3 month/3000 mile warranty included. I also purchased the extended warranty from them. Within a month, I started having problems with the 4x4. They parts aren't covered under the extended warranty. And now Central CIty says since I purchased the extended warranty, their warranty valid. I was never told anything about this. Stay away!!!

I took my car there to have it diagnosed. The car was startable and I drove it there they put a skin on it called me said it was ignition module wanted to charge me $500 I told them I would bring it home and fix it myself but when I went to get the car that night it wouldn't even fire and they charged me $110 to tell me it was ignition module which it wasn't that did not fix the problem when I put a new one on so they charged me $110 for nothing and cost me a total charge I would not recommend them to anybody

If they only had a 0 Stars!!! We are an equipment reseller and paid a deposit to Lapine of $7,000 to purchase 2 older dump trucks. Our buyer changed his mind and decided that he didn't want to purchase these 2 trucks after all. We requested a refund and Lapine Trucks refused to refund our money. The owner later agreed to allow us to apply the deposit to a different item. However, when we found a suitable item with a value close to $7,000, he reneged on his offer. The reason he gave was that he 'changed his mind'!!! In the end we Paid his company $7,000 and received NOTHING in RETURN. I call that STEALING but if nothing more it shows you that they'll take your money and give you nothing in return, if the opportunity presents itself and that's what they did to us. Is that the kind of company you want to do business with?

I have only owned Fords and Chrysler, all purchased from G & M Motors.I have always taken my cars to the dealer for service. In all my past experiences I have never felt do confident that everything that is done really needs to be done. Mark always explains everything in detail and in language that I can understand. He tells me what is the most important service to do and why. I am on my own and often car repairs can be overwhelming, but Ialways feel he goes beyond customer satisfaction, and thatis what will keep your customers returning for service.Charlotte is the sweetest person. He takes the time to answer allquestions and explain everything that is being done. I will definitely recommend G & M Motors to my friends and family.
