I've auditioned the competition because a backup plan is always good to have, usually. Each time, I use a competitor, I'm reminded why this business is successful. Dave and his team are quick, honest and go beyond what I expected. They have the technology repair the machine and help explain what's wrong. The completion time estimates are very reliable. Cold February and no heat create driving problems. Another garage insisted on multiple visits and "attempts" to repair the problem. As each bill came due - the message was clear. I worked nearby and coworkers suggested Rad Air for a solution. In one try they permanently and affordably repaired the problem. From the heat in the car to the gearbox on the engine - brakes, oil, wiper blades and ..yes, the loaner cars, all needs are met. Depending on how close you work - you may get a lift back to work with your road test. Being a passenger in your own car can make the process easier. I've been towed in and limped in. Each time feeling the relief knowing the solution was near. When I broke down in Cleveland I was relieved to see the Garfield Hts location nearby. They do things THE SAME WAY! I purchased a vehicle from this lot it ran 1 week started overheating and now i am told it needs a new head gasket. Its a shame peaople still run businesses like this, now I have to but another 600 dollars in the car. I would not recommend this dealership. When I called they didnt even offer to try to help me with the problem, no way to have repeat customers.

Went to Firestone, had their 'Lifetime Alignment' (BS), wanted to get my van aligned they wanted over $400 for misc front end repairs, I checked everything in my garage (I can't do computer alignments) I then took my van to Certified where they also inspected everything and had the alignment done in 45min. Firestone wanted to make some $, they didn't know I've worked on my own for over 30yrs, Certified did not try to stick me with a bill, they did the work and my fuel economy more than doubled. They are honest

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

I had my car in several times over the years for different maintenance services. Each time I was impressed with the fast and professional work that was done. Todd who is the owner would personally look over all work done and explain to me what was done and what may be needed in the future. There were never any pressure sales and their prices are very reasonable and fair. As usual, I get the best service at Plain Brothers. I travel 26 miles round trip to go to them as they are trustworthy, fair, and give it to you straight. The waiting time passes quickly with other customers and Danielle contributing to the conversation...for a few minutes, it's like you have just met up with some friends. If you need automotive work-extensive or minor, GO THERE! You won't be sorry.

I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. As I'm sure most people have taken their vehicles to a shop to have a repair performed only to find it wasn't fixed properly, or was charged too much etc. And then the next time you have a problem you take it to another repair shop and so on. It was wonderful to have Mike and Suburban Car & Truck referred to me. We have been using Suburban for 7 years now, sending our 5 family cars and our 4 business "fleet" vehicles.
