He will tell a customer a time but will arrive 2 hours later with a "matter of fact attitude." This has happened a couple of times. He's definitely not concern with keeping a high standard and not concern about his customers time.

I travel 26 miles round trip to go to them as they are trustworthy, fair, and give it to you straight. The waiting time passes quickly with other customers and Danielle contributing to the conversation...for a few minutes, it's like you have just met up with some friends. If you need automotive work-extensive or minor, GO THERE! You won't be sorry.

It was even cheaper than my regular mechanic! The service was exceptional and I received my vehicle back in a timely manner.
