Auto repair service near Waynesville, OH

I brought my high mileage Mercedes here after it decided to not want to start. What is great about C's Autohaus is what they didn't do; they didn't try to take advantage of me because I'm a Mercedes owner, which up until now, I thought was some kind of code for moron to repair shops. I'm used to taking my car in to a shop and having them try to sell me thousands of dollars worth of useless repairs with highly inflated part costs. C's Autohaus was able to diagnose that it was just the starter motor, and replaced it at a responable price. They were also able to find and fix an oil leak the same day at, again, a reasonable price, and they fixed some minor performance issues while they were in there gratis. After those repairs my fuel economy went from about 10 l/100km to around 7 l/100km (smaller number is better). The shop itself is pretty cool too. They have a lot of old VWs from the 60s and 70s on their lot which I'm guessing are project cars.

Paradise put this system in a little over year ago. Was having issues so I took back to them and was told main controller for system was bad ,it would need a new one at a cost of five hundred $. I told them to hold off and picked up truck and given a bill for 500 for checking out????? I went ahead and had to pay or I wasn't getting truck. After I got home got in touch with manufacturer,went through check out and found after ten min wire had been cut to valve,causing unit not to operate. Reconnected wire,unit started working went thru testing as instructed by rep. Fund nozzles clogged,easy fix. Entire repair including fixing wire they had cut was 30 minutes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A VICTIM! This review would let me put any less that one star...it did not deserve that!

Tried to get a re-applied vinyl protection piece on my conversion van! Went in to see Doug to see the van and give an estimate. He stated that it would be $91. Dropped off the van to have them apply the one small vinyl protection piece approx. 48"x24" and then Doug stated that he wanted $400 NOW! I told him that he should honor the quote. He said, just come back and pick it up - we aren't doing anything! Very Unprofessional Ziebart location - won't honor their own quote and once they start - everything changes x 4! Run from this Ziebart!!
