It should be ZERO but one star for the poor worker who deals with this. In all my years in the service industry I always keep a keen eye out on how other companies operate when I visit their establishment. To say I was appalled at the behavior that was shown while me being "a potential" customer at Wilkersons last month would be an understatement. I was greeted by a nice lady who was assisting someone on the phone at the same time and was quite busy. I gladly waited as she wrapped up with the customer on the phone all the while still advising me, she would help me asap. All the sudden what I assume is the manager or owner stormed in and gave the lady the evilest look and as he went by started to berate her about me waiting. I was speechless and as I was getting ready to say something he stormed out to the shop area just as fast with lewd profanities for all to hear. I politely nodded to the lady while she was finishing her call and left and never looked back. Autowise on Main is the place to go, a complete friendly staff not just one person

IPS is a GREAT company!!!They provided great service at a GREAT PRICE!!!IPS is right down the street from me and i never even knew it! They provide EVERY service for cars and trucks,probably any type of vehicle and the showroom is very nice and clean!They even have a keurig coffee maker with different flavors or you can make tea too..Their service shop area is the nicest i have ever seen in Columbus,Oh by far!!!! They have about 12-15 car and truck lifts and 2-3 alignment racks,also the shop area is HUGE!!! They took me to the shop area and i was blown away how nice and clean it is and all kinds of very nice sports cars that will blow your mind!!!!They are a very great company for custom work also which is obvious when you see the shop area with soooo many beautiful customized very expensive cars,you name it and they do it!!!! You would expect to pay a fortune when you see the whole place but i was floored when they gave me an estimate on the work i had done!!! I can tell you this,whatever i need done in the future i WILL DEFINITELY be taking my cars there!!!Especially if it is custom work i need done!The staff were excellent and very nice,also VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I will recommend them to everyone i know and even if i don't know them!!! Like i stated it is the nicest auto shop i have EVER SEEN in Columbus,Ohio or for that matter any shop even remotely close to Columbus!!! If you could rate them more than five stars i would rate them TEN STARS!!!If you are looking for custom work ,my advice is DO NOT take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!! 11 days ago I bought a 97 civic from Cedric...the car was disgusting and in terrible shape but he reassured me mechanically it was great and told me he would do an oil change and a bunch of other things so I left the car overnight after paying for it. Two days after I had been driving the car the check engine light came on and it started making really weird noises. A few days after that the oil light came on! I went to get it checked only to find out there wasn't a drop of oil in the car and the engine could've blown at any time! Mind you I stressed to him I needed something safe and reliable because I just had a baby! He wrote in the contract he did and oil change not only did he not do it he didn't even make sure there was oil in the car! I called left a message and heard nothing called again they said he wasn't in finally when I got ahold of him today he told me he would call me back and never did! This place is a scam! Now we're going to court but I would save yourself a headache this place has been sued a couple years back from the city of ohio for scamming people! He told me there was a new timing belt put on it the timing belt bolts are so rusted on there's no way they look like they've been on there forever!
