This is the best Service Center in Columbus Ohio area. We take all of our cars here and we have also recommended family and friends who now go nowhere but DJ's for car repairs. They are helpful, friendly and HONEST and they stand by their repairs. The prices are fair and they do good work. They also will NOT do more than you need like other shops. Give them a try!!! Best / most trustworthy place to take my 2003 Mercedes. Never do more than it needs - never upcharge, always fix it right and less expensive than my dealer. Always call me with options, what is most important to fix, what an wait. They've been in business a long time and most customers are referred by other customers. Also gave me a ride to work one time.

I was told I needed brakes at Tuffy and was given a quote for a little over $300 I came to The Right Place Automotive because a friend told me they did good work. When I got there they told me I didn't need brakes and they didn't want to do unnecessary work. They said I had a few months before I would need them. Well that was 10 weeks ago and now...I need brakes and I came back and they fixed them for me and it was only $230. I am glad I found this place and will do business again with them in the future

Had my car (Rolls Royce) towed in German Auto works. Was told starter was bad needed to be replaced or repaired. Simple, NO. Sad to say, my Rolls sat in parking lot for almost a month. Made approx. 6 trips to check on progress. Once they lost keys, could not or would not put car in building for security reasons. Summertime sun and heat can destroy leather and walnut interior. They actually could not remove starter. Sound like simple a procedure. After so many excesses, I just towed car back home. Very disappointed.

These guys are liars and crooks! I took my car in for a simple oil change with a tire rotation. They told me I need to have all of my brakes and rotors and calipers replaced for $800.00. By the way, they did this 2 years ago when I went in for an oil change. 2 years ago, my buddy and I reaplced the back brakes because we heard something wrong. The oil change was literally 6 months later when they told me the brakes needed to be redone. So my 6 month old brakes needed to be replaced. This time, I obviously knew better so told them to put my car back together and not to touch anything. Well, my buddy and I got the brakes and rotors at Advanced Auto parts who apparantly sells some parts to Midas. So I took the car there because I was within the warranty period on the back brakes. They said they looked good, but because Midas was a client of theirs and recommended replacement, they would warranty the parts out. We replaced both the front and rear brakes yesterday and I took the parts back to Advanced to get reimbursed. They said there was literally nothing wrong with them as did my friend. He also suggested that their particular store has stopped doing business with Midas because of these practices. As a kicker, I did have Midas replace the fronts about 5 years ago (which I negotiated about $100 off the price they quoted) and when I went in for that first oil change they told me I needed all new brakes. I reminded them they had just done the fronts about a year ago and they said, oh yeah just the backs need to be replaced. This time they said the calipers needed to be replaced and when I questioned them they said they just needed to be cleaned. This place will lie, cheat, and take advantage of you at any opportunity. Also, note that when they guarantee brake pads for life, brake pads are $25....they do not give free service to put them on so you will still pay another $100 for the service fee and deal with all of the above telling you all

Car wouldn't start....called james and broad towing company to tow my car to the shop well it was 3AM and the guy who towed my car was not sure if they would let them drop a car off on to the auto shop location that it was so late. The driver said that if he couldn't get there that my car would be delivered first thing in the morning. Car was not delivered until 3PM and not only that but all change including pennies was taken from my car. Called to report and a guy tells me that there lot is secured and they are not responsible. HORRIBLE TOWING COMPANY DON'T GO THERE BEWARE

Steer clear, this place is horrible.

I will never bring my suv to them again. They lied about what needed to be done, and they also messed around with the axels towards the rear of the vehicle. Plus they over charge and lied about the amount I owed. This is the worst company in the world, I would suggest not going not even for an oil change. An single women beware because they will try and convenience you that your vehicle is falling apart. My last visit they tried to tell me that I needed stocks for the front of the vehicle. I went to the dealer ship and they said no way their is nothing wrong with the stocks. Midas is the worst.

INCOMPETENT and NEGLIGENT "SERVICE" We dropped our 2015 CRV off at Hugh White Honda on Sunday,11/29/20 for service(closed).We received a call Monday morning from Steve,our service advisor.Our car had the only exterior lock jimmied and entry required a locksmith since the battery was dead.The work proceeds afterwards.Later,that afternoon ,Steve calls and informs us the battery needs replaced but everything else is O.K. .We authorize the work and pick it up Tuesday at Hugh White Honda.We speak briefly with Steve and are on our way.Our new battery is dead five days later in our garage.We jump it and take it to another Honda dealer. The jimmied lock caused a electrical short and drained the battery.At no time did Steve discuss the repair or replacement of the door lock even though they discovered the damage. If you lack the competence to diagnose a electrical problem you ask your service manager for help.That mechanic was negligent in this respect. What if this had happened to my elderly wife in a remote area at night in Winter.The temperature is dropping and her phone is dead.She cannot enter the car for shelter.The word "negligence" precedes many tragedies.
