My wife was given a 2004 Lexus ES300 by her mother. It had sat for about year before my wife started driving it. Although the car was in great shape we soon learned that it needed a brak job. We took it to a dealership in Delaware, Ohio and were given an estimate of almost 1/2 the cars value. I decided to go online and look for another mechanic in the Delaware area. Boy was I glad I did. I read a bunch of reviews about James Church and his staff at Oxford Automotive and decided to contact him to discuss our issues. He was very careful to not badmouth the dealership I took the car to, which was clearly due to his Faith. He suggested I bring the car in and he would give us PT Crusier rental car for a set one time price that is equal to a daily price from rental agencies. Long story short, he was able to fix all of our issues and them some and still save us over $500 from what the dealership was quoting. He also made suggestions as to what might be needed in the future but never once pushed to have it done immediately. The entire staff we dealt with was so nice and proefssional which was quite refreshihng. This is one place that does business the old fashioned way and we were so appreciative of the honesty and quality of work. Thanks so much James, and also thank your staff for us!

BAD BUSINESS!!! 11 days ago I bought a 97 civic from Cedric...the car was disgusting and in terrible shape but he reassured me mechanically it was great and told me he would do an oil change and a bunch of other things so I left the car overnight after paying for it. Two days after I had been driving the car the check engine light came on and it started making really weird noises. A few days after that the oil light came on! I went to get it checked only to find out there wasn't a drop of oil in the car and the engine could've blown at any time! Mind you I stressed to him I needed something safe and reliable because I just had a baby! He wrote in the contract he did and oil change not only did he not do it he didn't even make sure there was oil in the car! I called left a message and heard nothing called again they said he wasn't in finally when I got ahold of him today he told me he would call me back and never did! This place is a scam! Now we're going to court but I would save yourself a headache this place has been sued a couple years back from the city of ohio for scamming people! He told me there was a new timing belt put on it the timing belt bolts are so rusted on there's no way they look like they've been on there forever!

This company Dave's Discount Tires hates people of color they steal from your vehicle they discriminate against the Disabled and the Elderly, cheat older people, do not let a older relative go to this company alone this company will cheat & lie about what the do or what they did. I have been to this shop for years, it recently changed management and only went downhill. I took my vehicle in for strut repair, an unrelated transmission gasket repair and an oil change. My main complaint was my car was shaking on acceleration/deceleration. 24 hours after they said my car would be complete and $1600 later, my car is shaking on acceleration, deceleration and idle. They put in the wrong weight of oil but "graciously" changed it again without charging me again. When I communicated my frustration I got an empty apology and an offer for a free oil change in three months. Between the poor communication of when to expect repairs to be completed and the shoddy work, I would recommend people avoid this shop.

SCREWED US OVER. DISHONEST, RUDE AND THE WORKERS THERE ARE MEAN. THEIR WHOLE AUCTION IS CROOKED.
