After a horrible experience at Jackie Cooper BMW, I ended up going to Executive Garage to get my spark plugs and engine coils replaced. These guys were very friendly and my experience here was fantastic. They even fixed my car for a fraction of the price Jackie Cooper quoted me for. Ken's Tire and Auto is the best. I went in for an oil change. They found several lug bolts missing due to driving on a rough road. They saved my car and me thousands of dollars. Not the first time they saved me lots of money. I highly recommend them.

I had an old hybrid from 2005, and the high-voltage battery was going bad. I took it to a dealership, first, but they could not replace the battery because it was no longer being manufactured. After calling a few mechanics, Innovative Auto was the only one willing to look at putting in an aftermarket battery. They did the research and got me a quote. The parts, alone, were a bit above my price range, so I decided not to move forward with it. When I picked up the car, they did not charge me. The office was clean, the staff addressed me by last name, and everyone was very nice. If it was a bit closer to home, this would be my main mechanic, now.

Charley is my go to mechanic when it comes to service on my Volvo. He is reasonably priced, honest and will help you prioritize problems if you can't get them done all at once. I also really appreciate that he lets me know whats coming down the road so I can prepare for service in advance. Don't hesitate to call him!

Bert handled my service request from start to finish. He kept me updated, was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was, as always, clearly explained, committed price and delivered as committed. It is so nice to trust and not be disappointed. Fantastic service from a great guy. Mical took the time to explain what was going on with my car (valve gasket leak), gave accurate up front estimates and a timeline for when he would be done. Prices are very reasonable. Mical will be getting my business again for sure in the future.

After struggling for months to find answers for our 2000 Grand Voyager (suddenly, it seemed, the right rear tail light signal lamp and brake lamp would no longer work) -- and being run around the bush, insulted (by the salvage guys who wanna make sure you know "they know more than you and the way you're doing it is stupid") and stonewalled by many others -- I followed my wife's advice and went to see the folks at Best Price. Talk about a breath of fresh air! Jose there knew immediately what the problem was, and had the solution. He allowed us to test his theory by plugging the salvage part he had available into our van. Worked right away. We also bought another taillight for our daughter's Taurus (damaged in a parking lot fender-bender). This is all pretty academic. After all -- this is what salvage yard guys are SUPPOSED to do. Right? But with Jose -- it's a lot more than that. He "gets it." He obviously knows his business -- but there's a clear joy that he gets through helping his customers that lights the whole place up. About the only thing I could compare it to is "music." He and his outfit raise the bar so far as to re-define it. They didn't just help us with parts. They made our day.

They put my car right back to pre-accident condition. It drives just like it did and looks brand new. They did a great job!

Malibu's did a great job for me. They installed new tint and removed the ancient tint that was original since 1999. They made two keyless remotes and made me a spare key, (the kind with a computer chip). Right after they were done with my car, the blinkers on my car quit. I was just SURE it was something they must have mistakingly done. I took the car back to them. Greg got it right back in the shop and checked every possible item. They told me it was my flasher display unit. I thought to myself that this cant be so, still thinking it was something they had done to my car. I was not 100% happy when I left but they were still offering to help. Greg was literally bending over backward trying to make sure I was good with things. Anyway, I changed the flasher panel and it fixed the problem. Malibu's took some mild "heat" from me even though it was not thier fault. They never showed anything less than professionalism. I would and will use them again. They have fair prices... they are not high but they aren't cheap. They don't offer cheap stuff. They offer only "good" stuff at a fair price. Nice staff, good place!! I can't say enough about the place, people, and service I received , I broke down over the new year holiday , they got me in ASAP and delivered me a solution too my problem. I would recommend delco diesel too anyone, they fixed me up and did not hurt my wallet in the process. They charged me a fair price and gave me good service. Thank you too Frank and the men in the back shop , you guys saved me. I hope nothing but the best for all at the shop ,great job. Alabama bound now.

I had a complete engine rebuild done on my car. Was $400 less than anywhere else I was quoted, and got it back in 4 days. All other shops were quoting me at least 2 weeks. They earned my business for life!

After posting a negative review about the attitude, service and unprofessional treatment, I received nasty, personal attacks about my character and body. Truly unbelievable!

I've used since i bought my car (used). All service has been done there. This last service (not even a week ago) was the standard yearly service. The check over the whole car. It was raining this morning and my automatic wipers kicked on after i pulled out of the garage. The driver side blade was missing and the arm scratched the windshield. I called and asked if they check wipers they said yes. I explained what happened. Service Manger or someone got on the phone and said they don’t touch the blades... well how do you inspect them? They offered no help, no explination and nothing to remediate the 1200 replacement windshield. Horrible service.

I had an awful experience at this location. Management is rude and employees were reckless. Do not go here. You will regret it. Wish I could give zero stars.
