5-27-2014 on or about december 2013 i was at henley motors in henreyetta oklahome were i was having tires repaired on my moms car and it was then i did some asking i have a pt cruiser that needs to be worked on and the mechanic on duty said that the owners are real good people and i said ive been comming here now for tires for a while it seems like a decent enough place the mechanic said they wont try to cheet you i said ok ill have my roadside people tow the car in i was asked what all was wrong with it i told larry the mechanic that day that i was comming from muskogee just topped of with gas i was headed towars tuls when it just died on me i said i dont have alot of money im on disability larry once again their really reasionable on their prices larry said ill tell you what you let me work on it in my spare time ill try to cut you a break on the laybor i said sounds great so later on acouple days later i had it towed in to henley motors and thats when larry said it will be first of the new year (2014) before i can look at it i said ok no problume in the middle of january i get a call dwayne ive started looking at it i wont know more until i tear into it i said does it look like it will cost alot remind you larry im on disability and i dont make a whole lot larry said dont worry it wont dont worry i get a phone call dwayne something isnt rite in the timming it will cost some were in the neighborhood of 400.00 i said ok no problume he went on to say man your spark pluggs are not any good since ive got this thing torn appart ill throw in a set of pluggs at no cost i said what do i do about the 400 and he said aw the owner will let you pay it out 200 one month 200 the next i said ok jump on it then i get another phone call dwayne i need you to come in and sighn an ro order he told me dont worry its so we can order the parts i got another call about a week later then that well ive got the parts is it ok to continue i said sure i got another phone call dwyane your battery is no good is it ok if i stick a refurbished battery in here i said go ahead i then got another phone call dwayne im done with your car i was excited larry told me that they had to tear down the hole motor becouse the timming was sealed and that something was causeing the oil to leak into the timming and i didnt know that i would half to tear down the motor and that in doeing so i had to replace the water pump and cant remember what else seals i said ok ill bring in the 200 to start the payment larry said their is a problume i need to let you speek to my manager i spoke to his manager and he said mr ratcliff their is a huge problume your bill is 880.00 before i can release your car i about passed out i said what happened to 400 or just a little over 400 and well becouse we had to do this and had to tear it down and order more stuff i said thats not what we agreed on i explained from the begennig that im on disability and thats how i haul around mine and my disabled kids disability equipment thats all i have well ill talk to jerry the owner i got a phone call mid march mr ratcliff jerry said you can pay in it but you cant have it back until its paid for i said what about the high bill that was supposed to be a little over 400 and he said yoy will half to take that up with jerry the owner i made several attempts to contact or have jerry to congtact me i waited and waited i was told mid march dwayne we can work something out if u can start makeing payments nothing about reduceing back to the agreed ammount just that we will work it out if you start payments in april i had good intensions of starting payments i was getting desperate for my car back becouse of the disability equipment i needed to haul around when my biological dad in arkansa went into a comma and i called henley motors and explained to them and the office manager said well you go tend to your dad if you have any funds when you get done then come in and get us what you can ill let jerry know their shouldnt be any problume i called the end of april i said im on my way with a payment and to discuss loweing the bill to our original repair ammount the office manager said well i spoke with jerry the owner and he has changed his mind he is no longer willing to except payments the car hasent had anything payed on it in months i was told that their wasent goeing to be any changes on the bill that i could go get a job or i could go get a loan from a bank or somthing makeing me feal bad that i can go get a job knowing in disabled that hurt me emotionaly in may 2014 i was contacted by the owner i wasent available at the time he tried to reach me my dad died that weekend i finaly got a hold of jerry to find out what he wanted he had told me that he was going to make me an offer for thr car i said what in dis belief make me an offer he said he had another mechanic becouse the car had set so long after the repair that it needed driven he had a mechanic to drive it becouse larry was no longer employed their that this other mechanic drove it and now it doesent run again if i want it fixed gagin i would half to pay more i said are you out of your mind jerry after what you have put me through u see im disables and so are my children and that was the only mode of transportation to haul wheel chairs and medical equipment pluss the guy told me you just need to sell it to me i can give u a couple of hundred dollers for the car i said are u crazzy he said no their not much use anymore i told him he needs to redo his research that i belong to pt cruisers club of america and theirs over 4000 strong and mine is a rare limited edition and by the way jerry i heard your associate about the 5 thousand dollers and jerry hung up on me and i havent heard back since
