Hi. Dent Woman here. My husband & I own Auto Art Paintless Dent Repair. We are a mobile (on site) business that comes to your home or office to repair your dents. We also service several body shops in the Central Oregon area. The address above is for a body shop called JR's Body & Paint Works. One of the body shops we know & trust. We also service both Professional Autobody locations & Ron's Body Shop in Bend, OR. In Redmond, we service Premier Auto Body, Marks Auto Body & Unique. In Madras, we servie Madras Body & Paint. We are a family owned business and have been repairing door dings, hail damage, minor dents & creases for over 20 years now.

Happy Danes is a excellence repair and maintence shop. The customer service is amazing and so are the repairs. I have had them repair several things on a car i purchased used. It was not the greatest buy i found out but with all the work happy danes has done to it, it is now a great car! Thank you to all those at Happy Danes, I wont go anywhere else!

How many times have you been UNDER CHARGED for a mechanical service????? It's happened to me TWICE now at Bill's!!! The first time (Spring 2016) I brought my 94 E150 Ford van in because (I thought) my air lift rear shocks were not holding air. Dan, the shop owner (Bill's son) spent a couple of hours under my rig searching for a leak. He even drove it around and over inflated it over night to make sure there wasn't something he missed. He never found one (my bad). When I came into the shop the next day he charged me $40. How could $40 cover the time he spend on that effort!! So I tipped him $40. Just today (Nov 17, 2016) I had him install some extra heavy duty special order shocks on the same van. When I came to pick it up he said they had been a real tiger to install. (I know he spent at least three hours working on it, because I stopped by once to see how it was going). When I came to pick it up, he handed me a bill for $75!! I asked him, Did that cover your time??" and he sheepishly said no. I tipped him $15 bucks and should have tipped him more. These two events just top the experience I've had with Dan over the past three years. He helped me upgrade the suspension on the van by figuring out I need three new springs (how many shops would have replaced all four); help me track down the new shocks thru a website which saved me a hundred bucks, install new struts on my 2000 VW Gold TDI and do a major job on the rear brakes on the VW for $400 when another shop in town had quoted me $750-800 for the same service. You don't get service like that very often in this day and age and when you drive up and deal with Dan you feel like you are back in the days when you had a trusted neighborhood mechanic.

Clean, efficient, no pressure, good communication regarding car's needs, condition of parts, level of importance. Good loaners, and my Forrester was totally ready when and as promised.

These guys do a great job. I've used about every detail shop in bend and came across these guys a few years back i would never consider using anybody else. There quality is hands down amazing no complaints at all. If your shopping around for auto detailers put them at the top of your list.

I went in for a car wash yesterday and was not happy with the job I paid $20.00 for. To sum up, my drink holders were not cleaned, they were sticky and had debris in them (very hard to miss) there was dog hair in the back on the carpet still, the back seat was not wiped down and the windows were filthy. That was what I noticed when I got in it to leave, so I waved down an employee who come over and re-cleaned what I pointed out. Once I got home I noticed more 'gunk' all over the inside of my car (dog hair, fingerprints on glass, spots on leather seats not cleaned off). Needless to say I was really not happy with the job I paid for. I have had good service in the past but was very dissatisfied with the service I received yesterday.
