Very good shop,knowlegdeable and very helpfull. They took care of my car like it was there own. Very friendly staff that took care of what I asked them too and even found a few more things my car needed I would recomend this shop too anyone with a VW or german car.

An employee at Cottage Grove Les Schwab condescended me. Consequences vary. Unforgiven.

Employees at the car wash accidentally raised the antenna on my SUV before sending it through the car wash resulting in a bent/broken antennae. I didn't notice that it was bent and broken until I was about a mile away on I -105 and had increased my speed which made the broken antenna quite obvious as it was now flopping in the wind!!! I IMMEDIATELY called the manager, Arron, told him what had happened, I offered to return to the car wash right then. Arron said that wasn't necessary, that the problem would be taken care of and asked for the make/model/year of my SUV along with my contact information which I provided him with. Aaron said that he would get back to me in 48-72 hours. After not hearing from Aaron for a week, I called Elite Car Bath and again spoke with Aaron. I was told that the owner, Lanna, would not take responsibility as it was not brought to their attention on site. Aaron was aware that Elite Car Bath was responsible for the damage. I asked that Lanna call me and/or that I be notified when she was on site so that I could stop in and speak with her. It is now 5 days later and I still have not received a phone call. I have now left a second follow up message today again requesting a phone call from Lanna. I firmly believe that if damage is done to a vehicle by the establishment and/or it's employees then the owner needs to be professional, honest and make reparation for damages done. Lanna needs to act as a reputable business owner! I will happy to amend my review if the owner acts in a responsible manner!

Will performed an amazing job on one of our service vans that has had a history of common repair issues with this particular service van. He gave us replacement options based on the longevity of the warranty on the replacement parts. In addition, Will was very efficient in fixing the vehicle in a timely manor so my guys could be back in the van for service calls by the next day. What I like most about Will is his depth of mechanical knowledge and experience. Will is truly a mechanic's mechanic.

I really appreciate the service at the Kendall Collision Center. I had a bad bulb connector, and they replaced it with one they had in stock for no charge! The people are really nice and helpful. Thanks guys! :)

I was referred here by a colleague who had had some work done on there mini van. I new i had a serious transmission issue so i wasn't surprised when Tom told me that it needed to be rebuilt. my car is a 2000 Honda Odyssey. Ive had it since it was new and love it. I was reassured that it would take three days to complete the repairs and that it would not cast more than what I was quoted. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call telling me my car was completed at 2 and 1-2 days instead of three, and at the low end of the quote. It drives better now than it ever has before.
