The best experience I've ever had with a shop, hands down. I was about to cut bait on this car, after so many unresolved issues kept stacking up, but figured I'd give it one more chance with a new shop. So glad I did, because the car now runs and drives better than ever.. by a lot. Everything they did was clearly explained, plus they prioritized what needed to be done now, and what could wait. They obviously know everything about these cars, inside and out.. "Enthusiast Driven" is for real! I trust this crew 100%, which is something I never thought I'd say about a shop. Got my 2008 Audi A-4 s-line fixed. After I bought it from coparts, had all the body work and repair done at Alpina auto, since I'm friends with the owner. Great job, only the check engine light kept coming on, and every time they scanned it, it came back with an EVAP code. Called Nazier, who was kind and patient, and I dropped off my car to see if they could figure it out. I had read so many amazing reviews online that claimed he had the best prices, and does the best work. 2 days later, got a call from Jared, who said they found the problem and ordered a part to replace the Evap hose, which was cracked. Price was $383 for part+installation. Seemed a bit pricey, and I had originally done a 3 star review, but Nazier called me and explained why it cost me that much and he really gave me the best deal he could find. Offered to give me a free oil change anytime. Nobody cares more about preserving business, keeping a sterling reputation, and maintaining customer satisfaction more than these guys do. I recommend them to anyone.

Had our head gasket replaced along with other service in the past. They did a great job and the turn around on the car was quick. Pricing was very fair and we will definitely use this shop for all our vehicle repairs in the future.

Great service on everything that I have ever used them for. They balance tires free which very cool because most places charged $50-$80. The Manager is very helpful and makes sure I'm happy with all aspects of the service they have done even if they didn't charge me. I recently contacted Brandon about getting my AC recharged on my 2003 Mini Cooper, Brandon was extremely efficient in getting me into his shop and taking care of business. He is professional, kind, efficient and honest, not over charging like other shops. He got my AC recharged in about 20 minutes and charged me less than half of what other shops were quoting me. I would 110% recommend Brandon! I could tell right off the bat that he was honest and did his job well, and wasn't trying to rip me off by any means. I think we can all appreciate an honest mechanic, they're far and few between and we need more like him! When I brought my car in I had mentioned to him that I also recently had gotten some work done at another shop the week prior spending over $1800.00, Brandon took a look at the work that they had done (investing quite a bit of time for no charge to make sure I didn't get ripped off by the other shop) low and behold, Brandon was quick to inform me that in fact, some of the work that I had paid a tremendous amount of money for never actually got done at all. I quickly contacted the shop and they had informed me that they indeed had not done the work that they had charged me for, and reimbursed me. Brandon set up the quickest time he could get my Mini Cooper back into his shop to look over everything to make sure that it indeed was running well for my long drive to Los Angeles the week following. Superior performance does a magnificent job at auto repair and restoration. I have used them twice now and have friends that have also been here. Always a great job. Superior is a larger shop than they used to be and seems to have lost a bit of the "mom and pop" atmosphere. However your vehicle will look great!

DO NOT let the mechanics who work at this place touch your car. I never write reviews but I feel like everyone needs to know this place employs literal scumbags. I had the starter replaced on my car a few weeks ago by their mechanic Matt. He came to where I worked, swapped it out, and I was satisfied. Well, next morning I go to drive to work and my car overheats while driving down I5. Turns out the hose that runs from the radiator to the engine snapped off the radiator which was directly above where you would need to work when swapping out the starter. Coincidence? Yeah I don't think so one bit, it was literally the MORNING AFTER they replaced the starter. I get it towed back and I call McFarlands. They say they wont have a mechanic available until Monday (starter was replaced Thursday afternoon, car overheated Friday morning). I say that's fine, I understand things happen. I also ask over the phone if they are going to reimburse me for my tow bill. The woman tells me only if the car overheating was a direct cause of something their mechanic did. That's fair obviously, however it was no coincidence that this issue happened less than 12 hours after their mechanic was working on my car, but okay. So they schedule the same mechanic, Matt, to come out to my house Monday and figure out what happened. Monday rolls around, he shows up and checks out my car. Like I said the hose had snapped off the radiator and therefore caused the engine to overheat. He tells me that and I think okay, well obviously this isn't some freak coincidence, you snapped off the hose while swapping my starter, accident or not. Since there's obviously no way I can prove it was his fault (not like I was recording him on camera the whole time he was fixing my car on Thursday) he tells me he can't fix it for free and I still have to pay the $125 fee for them to come out to my house. So basically if I wanted it to be fixed, I would have to buy a whole new radiator, reschedule him to come out and then have him fix it. So we're talking around $250+ NOT including the tow bill AND not including all the days of work I have to miss because of something this dude did lmao. This is where it gets even better! Matt tells me that he "feels bad for me" and that if I buy the radiator (still a $100 part that I should not have had to buy in the first place) that he will come sometime after work/on the weekend and put it in for me for free since it's really not a hard swap to do on my car. I think well this is the best I'm going to get out of the situation, and I say okay and get his number. I order the radiator and it comes a few days later and I call him. He picks up the phone and we agree that he can come over on Saturday and swap it out for me. Saturday rolls around and take a wild guess what happens? He doesn't show up. I call him, and since now he obviously knows my number from when I previously called him, he doesn't answer. I call him the next day. No answer. I call him a few days after that. No answer. Yup, this dude is a garbage human being and I am shocked anyone would ever employ this guy. So like I said, avoid this place at all costs. There's several mobile mechanics in this area. PLEASE spend your money elsewhere.

NOT A BBB CREDITED BUSINESS!!! NO STARS. THE GM IS THE WORST MANAGER I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED... DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! We walked in with a 2004 car trade in and $2000 cash to find a used truck. We were not even ALLOWED to LOOK at the trucks until we filled out all of the credit paperwork, even though we we did not need financing. After, the GM "approved" us even though we were looking for a direct trade, we went to go look at the trucks and I mentioned that we were from out of town and I had to drive to Bend to get my title for my car. THEY REFUSED US TO EVEN LOOK AT A CAR WE WANTED TO BUY THE SAME WEEK BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T FINALIZE THE DEAL THAT DAY. The General Manager's EXACT words according to our salesman was, he didn't want to WASTE THEIR TIME unless they were doing a deal that day. I think you owe us, the CUSTOMER for the time that we wasted during our awful degrading experience with you and your sleezy car lot. They are not an accredited business and sell DANGEROUS vehicles according to BBB and MULTIPLE other website reviews. BEWARE THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Where has customer service gone. Went to the Chevron on Murray in Portland Oregon. I had three 5 gallon gas tanks to fill. I could tell the attendent didn't want to help me. I got a twenty dollar bill out to tip him for his help. When he got done he handed me my reciept and started walk away. ( I was the only customer at the pumps). When he didn't help me load them in the back of my rig. I mentioned to him "There goes your Tip".

NOTHING was done correctly. The distributor they took 4 days to put in ended up failing. The “high performance” control module that I bought for the distributor, they promised me was in the car was NOT in the new distributor. It was kept. The distributor WASNT tightened down and you could move it by hand. The valve covers were replaced which I didn’t NOT agree to. They leaked onto the exhaust manifold AFTER I got the car back. That was one of the jobs they recommended they should fix. They just charged me for new valve covers apparently because I ended up with a lot oil on my exhaust that had to be cleaned off again. And I paid another mechanic to do all of this work after I was over charged for the labor. 1200 I paid for basically nothing to be done right and a part to not be returned to me that I was lied to about being in my engine. I won’t be bringing my car back to Arthur’s. And I didn’t not like the response of the guy at the front desk when I told him about this.
