I was cleaning my car when my front driver seat wouldn't move back. I brought my car in and he checked it out and it turned out being a fuse, which was better then a whole motor for it. I do get my oil changed here as well. Dale and the other mechanics are nice and honest.

If you want to get your windows tinted through Heavenly Touched, I highly suggest that you get a quote in writing. I called over a week ago to get a price quote to tint my car windows. I spoke to Kelly the owner, told her the year, make, and model of my car and she quoted me a price and offered me a coupon for 20% off. I booked an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, there was no hello, just "How many windows does your car have?" She proceeds out to the parking lot to take a look at my car, comes back in and says she will not honor the 20% off. I told her that she knew what type of car I have when she quoted me the price. Her response was that she has only been in the tinting business for a year. I walked out. Terrible business practices. Honestly, I wouldn't even give her one star.

Average work, high prices, and overall a poor customer experience. Plenty of other options in Bend & Redmond. Do your research.
