It was late afternoon and it was raining outside, had an important app't to get to. Live just a few blocks away and discovered my tire was almost flat. I popped my head in the door of the service station and asked them if they could put some air in my tire. This very sarcastic young man said, we are really busy, I am going to have to say no! not a good impression when I was considering taking my car there for servicing and it would have been within walking distance. You may have been busy, but how long does it take to put air in someone's tire. Luckily I made it to a place down the street and they were more than happy to help me. Learn some manners young man! It could be you some day, needing some air in your tire.

December 30, 2020, my wife and I were on our way to North Carolina to visit our daughter. About 180 miles into our trip our alternator burnt out. Because I thought the issue was a faulty battery, I called AAA for a battery service. The tech determined the alternator was the issue. She could not recommend a nearby mechanic and said we'd be hard pressed to get service given the New Years holiday. Not being from the Carlisle, PA area, we decided to conduct a Google search and found T&M Automotive was about a 1/2 mile away. Turns out they are a AAA approved shop. Go figure why the AAA tech didn't know them! We spoke with Henrik who agreed to help us out. They were amazing!!! Henrik was able to get the required part, had his tech install it, test drove it and got us back on the road 3 hours later. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. They could have easily charged us more and we would have had to pay it given our situation. If you live in the Carlisle area, I highly recommend you use T&M Automotive for your car care. 9/13/12 Just had my 05 Tahoe in to this auto repair station and I can not say enough about how well I was treated from beginning to end. I originally made an appointment to have the truck inspected and I also was having an issue with the truck pulling to the right, so I asked to have the truck alligned. The owner, Andy Noon, told me he would check and when I went to pick the truck up, all he needed to do was to rotate the tires (NO CHARGE) I am new to the area and was a bit nervous going to a new mechanic due to an experience I recently had with my audi, but I feel as though I was treated so well, and honestly, that I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles here and I have no problem with recomending this shop to others. We received an estimate from another garage. THe other garage indicated we needed well over a thousand dollars of repairs and new parts. We took it to Don's Performance Corner. $83.41 to be looked at and told the other garage was way out of line. Nearly everything the other garage said was false. Thank you Don & Cindy Reem and the rest of the staff!

The work Rick did on the Jeep we purchased is remarkable! With Sheri running the front the husband and wife team create an incredibly comfortable, honest car experience. They choose great, affordable cars and then improve them so that the customer comes away with an incredible value. I will never take my car to or buy a car anywhere else.
