You know how this story ends, right? We bought a 2004 Cadillac SRX (a real beauty), 108,000 miles, paid cash and in full $11,995. A week later, brought it back b/c the engine was "noisy"; they kept it 2 days and returned it stating they didn't hear any "noise" and "maybe it's the transmission". We asked them to repair this under the 3 mo/3,000 warranty. They said it "had to breakdown first." Wow. Six-months later, THE ENGINE DIED. We called NATIONAL AUTO SALES to address this issue. We were told they were busy with customers, but what did we want from them. We told them we wanted them to remember we were once "customers" and to pay to replace the engine. They offered to do this "at cost"; we agreed that sounded good, but wanted OUR mechanic to install a QUALITY engine, given the circumstances. We asked for his name; he said "Mike"...we asked for his last name; he said "Just Mike". Now, we have not heard from "Just Mike" to make good on his offer. We are, however, going to pay to have a quality engine installed AND Carchex will put a 5yr/100,000 warranty on it. Total costs, which will become DAMAGES that we WILL seek to recover: minus $11,995 for a car with a DEAD ENGINE $4,250 for a quality engine installed, $2,875 for an extended warranty=$7,125. Expensive lesson... I AM NOT ALONE--OTHERS HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY NATIONAL AUTO SALES...IN THE SAME WAY. Buy the car, drive it a few months, and the ENGINE DIES. Don't become a victim. This dealer is of the same ownership of the people fined several hundred thousand dollars by Attorney General Tom Corbett for defrauding people at their Kia dealership in Coatesville Pennsylvania. The infamous Oleg and Angela Shtutman. Lots of different business names but the same people behind it. Cars are unimpressive. I would not buy here knowing their poor reputation. Do your homework and dont be taken for a ride.

Owner is a terrible businessman! Held my car for a week and did nothing to it and dodged my calls. Actually had the nerve to threaten to call the police when I came to get it back. Stay very far away from this liar you’ll thank me.

Never, ever again will I purchase a vehicle from Deal Auto Sales in Riverside, NJ. They sell nothing but junk vehicles, and do not stand behind the vehicles they sell. Deal Auto goes to the auctions, buys the cars, roll them onto their lots and literally slap a price sticker on the windshield. They do not check the cars before they put them up for sale. Also, once the car is paid off, they hold the title and try to tell you that you still owe them more money – Harry, the owner, is a total scammer. In checking with the Better Business Bureau, they have a score of “F” and have multiple complaints. Deal Auto Sales also has a place in Florence, but goes by the name of Bella Auto Sales. They are located in Florence on Route 130 South. There are better, more reputable places nearby to purchase a used vehicle – go there, and avoid Deal Auto Sales, as there are only bad deals there, no good deals.

They damaged my new car during an inspection and refused to take responsibilty and fix it.

All I can say about Scott & Exim Auto Inc is...BUYERS BEWARE!!! I purchased two wheelchair accessible vehicles from Scott back in June, 2012. Both vehicles were grossly misrepresented, neither were even running & both failed state inspection upon arrival despite being described as turn key condition. Scott claimed that he wanted to make the situation right with us, but we've never received a dime despite having to spend thousands...just to get the vans to pass inspection. And that doesn't even get into the roofing tar used to cover gaping holes in the wheel wells of one van or the holes rusted through the roof which soaked & brought down the headliner & de-laminated the wood trim in the interior. Probably worst of all is that Scott/Exim Auto illegally jumped title on the first van we purchased, and 6+ months later (January, 2013), we are still fighting with him to even get the title for the second van. All we want to do is cut our losses and get rid of these vans for anything possible...but I can't even sell the one without a title. Exim Auto is being reported to the state of NJ for not recording the sale of a vehicle in their name before reselling (jumping title) & also for advertising a vehicle with a clean title and not providing a title at all. Hopefully, the state will revoke their dealers license before they can take advantage of any additional consumers. I cannot express my displeasure enough with how this individual and company operate and hope that the thousands of dollars that this has cost me will at least help save another person from being grossly mislead & fraudulently sold a vehicle.
