No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.

On November 27th, 2012, I stopped at Whitaker gas station at 300 s. Easton rd, Glenside Pa, and pumped gas into my car and started on my way. I did'nt get very far because the gas that I pumped and later found out that other drivers pumped contained a black oily substance which rendered my vehicle inoperable. I had to be towed to my home and from there I was towed to my car dealer the next day leaving me with a car repair bill for approx. $700.00. I having been trying every since to be reimbursed for the money I had to pay out of my pocket. The gas station said they are not responsible. I was given a name to who is suppose to be responsible. I am angry, I am a women scorned. I will put this on TV, I will have you in court. I will put the word out all on the internet about you.
