It was late afternoon and it was raining outside, had an important app't to get to. Live just a few blocks away and discovered my tire was almost flat. I popped my head in the door of the service station and asked them if they could put some air in my tire. This very sarcastic young man said, we are really busy, I am going to have to say no! not a good impression when I was considering taking my car there for servicing and it would have been within walking distance. You may have been busy, but how long does it take to put air in someone's tire. Luckily I made it to a place down the street and they were more than happy to help me. Learn some manners young man! We purchased the car beginning of April 2012, couldn't drive it for the first almost month due to baby being born. Began having issues within the first 2 weeks of driving it. Been battling repairs since. We are now sitting on a $4800 car loan and a car that won't drive. They won't take responsibility for anything. I would not recommend this dealership or service to anyone.All they want to do is sell the cars, don't care about the aftermath.
