My truck had clunking noise. I already took it to 2 other shops and they couldn't figure out problem. Victor at Signature was able to diagnose and fix my truck the same day it was dropped off! He was very informative and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this shop and will return here if I need any additional repairs and for vehicle maintenance.

You know how this story ends, right? We bought a 2004 Cadillac SRX (a real beauty), 108,000 miles, paid cash and in full $11,995. A week later, brought it back b/c the engine was "noisy"; they kept it 2 days and returned it stating they didn't hear any "noise" and "maybe it's the transmission". We asked them to repair this under the 3 mo/3,000 warranty. They said it "had to breakdown first." Wow. Six-months later, THE ENGINE DIED. We called NATIONAL AUTO SALES to address this issue. We were told they were busy with customers, but what did we want from them. We told them we wanted them to remember we were once "customers" and to pay to replace the engine. They offered to do this "at cost"; we agreed that sounded good, but wanted OUR mechanic to install a QUALITY engine, given the circumstances. We asked for his name; he said "Mike"...we asked for his last name; he said "Just Mike". Now, we have not heard from "Just Mike" to make good on his offer. We are, however, going to pay to have a quality engine installed AND Carchex will put a 5yr/100,000 warranty on it. Total costs, which will become DAMAGES that we WILL seek to recover: minus $11,995 for a car with a DEAD ENGINE $4,250 for a quality engine installed, $2,875 for an extended warranty=$7,125. Expensive lesson... I AM NOT ALONE--OTHERS HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY NATIONAL AUTO SALES...IN THE SAME WAY. Buy the car, drive it a few months, and the ENGINE DIES. Don't become a victim. No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.

On November 27th, 2012, I stopped at Whitaker gas station at 300 s. Easton rd, Glenside Pa, and pumped gas into my car and started on my way. I did'nt get very far because the gas that I pumped and later found out that other drivers pumped contained a black oily substance which rendered my vehicle inoperable. I had to be towed to my home and from there I was towed to my car dealer the next day leaving me with a car repair bill for approx. $700.00. I having been trying every since to be reimbursed for the money I had to pay out of my pocket. The gas station said they are not responsible. I was given a name to who is suppose to be responsible. Right now the buck is being passed back and forth. I have a name and phone number given to me KUMUR is the name 1-732-598-2041 is the phone number. Who ever you are man up now! I am angry, I am a women scorned. I will put this on TV, I will have you in court. I will put the word out all on the internet about you.

Very millennial attitudes. Bad service. Got angry and abusive when I returned a negative survey. Did not reply when I requested names of their superiors. Owner ignored entire discussion. There were no positive Service reviews I could locate. Servicing a Land Rover in Willow Grove PA to Cherry Hill NJ is a fine example of bad to worse. My perfectly working LR was brought to LR in Willow Grove to fix a front seal leak. They fixed it and the leak got worse. They said they didn't do it. Brought vehicle to LR Cherry Hill, they said somebody broke it wherever it was fixed - without saying LR Willow Grove. LR Cherry Hill returned my car with a dashboard hanging off and wires hanging out and said I did it. Then they fixed it and broke my radio - they of course said I did it. I complained in THEIR survey, and ERIC TOLD me - like he's the one paying me - to come down and he'd fix it, then I was not to return to LR again - because I complained on a LR survey. Charming.. Awful technicians who can't seem to put your car back together again, terrible, remorseless service manager lacking any kind of accountability, and the prices? Ouch
