I recently purchased a used car from these guys and I have NO complaints, But 905 states the cars are used, 2nd they state warranty or NO warranty, if you don't know shit about cars go buy new or take someone along that does know. Drive it for more than 5 mins. Look it over, did a kid own it or was it owned by a adult,{ who probably took some kind of care of it}. Stupidity is no excuse! Suck it up and move on, the car I purchased needed a $5 fix,,,,a 3/8 in. hose and 2 clamps,if not fixed it could of ruined the engine.But this is why you look your car over every day, watch for leaks! Yes it came with NO Warranty, But I don't have a loan payment,that makes me freakin Happy !! So stop smoking the crack and start wiping your own ass. They never lied the cars are USED ! Some more than others! The only creeps are the ones slithering off the street with sob stories.

Dishonest people, rated the car at 4.8 out of 5.0, no any damages noted, but vehicle had cracked windshield and visible underneath damage - tie rod bent and paintwork was done on a front bumper. Would not recommend unless you inspect vehicle yourself before paying for it.

I had spent 5 weeks searching across the country for a Jeep Commander Limited that met all my criteria regarding color inside and out as well as options and price. Many times I found a Jeep and then checked the reviews regarding the dealer selling it. Many times the dealer’s credentials came up short. I was amazed at the forthrightness, friendliness, and honesty Cody displayed to me while we worked out the details of purchasing this auto (keeping in mind I was 3 states away). I am an outraged customer who took my car to Franklins to get my battery replaced. Not only was the wrong battery installed, but it was also mounted incorrectly despite obvious signs of this problem. The plastic clip on top would not even latch to close. When I got home and lifted the hood, LOOSE PARTS WERE SITTING BESIDE THE BATTERY, and the corrosion on the terminals was not cleaned. To top off this wonderful experience, the replacement inspection stickers that were placed on my car were incorrect, and I really enjoyed cleaning grease from the inside of my car. I was assured that these mistakes were not reflective of Franklin’s reputation. I admit – I may not know much about cars, but I do know that I do NOT trust Franklins with my vehicle and will not be a returning customer.

In Summer 2018 I purchased a 2006 Ford Taurus because the place was highly recommended by a family member. The car was a little more expensive than I was looking for, but I was willing to pay more because they assured me that they had inspected it THAT WEEK. Higher price in exchange for no issues seemed like a fair deal to me. On cars this old, they will not supply any kind of warranty. Again, because I had been promised that it had just been inspected, I accepted this. Less than a month later, my car wouldn't start and was burning through oil and gas. Needs a new Mass Airflow Sensor. It was expensive to replace, and I wasn't happy about it. I called in and they told me that since I bought it without a warranty, it was my problem. I also noticed that the windshield wipers jumped and clearly had not been replaced anytime recently, and as soon as I drove off the lot, one of the back windows stopped opening. A few weeks after that, my exhaust system completely fell off. The catalytic converter needed replaced. I had to get my car towed. I called and complained and they said that they sell these without warranties because they "don't know what the driver will do" and "don't have a crystal ball" (essentially blaming me for a mechanical failure that almost certainly formed prior to my owning the car). Five days after replacing that, the check engine light came on, the car was shaking when idling, and it could barely accelerate. Turns out the last person who owned it replaced the ignition wire improperly and never removed the old one, causing the new one to be misplaced and melt. This certainly should have been seen during an inspection. I don't know anything about cars and once I looked into the engine myself I could tell that there wasn't supposed to be a cut wire just hanging out in there. Went to a new mechanic, got that fixed. Six days after that repair, my check engine light is on again. For anyone keeping track, that is: two major repairs, one minor repair, one worn out part, one mysteriously not working part, and an extra check engine light. I am not convinced they inspected the car at all, let alone as thoroughly as they claimed. And their salespeople (they don't have a customer service department as far as I can tell, because I just keep being transferred to sales) don't care. They got their sale, customer happiness and safety be darned.
