Have been going there 15 years; Tom and his dad are very personable and treat people like friends. Very honest. If there is a wait for service, I think it's because they just can't say 'No' when they are already busy. I always leave my car for the day. ;)

i bought a car on a friday. by sunday the power steering pump was nearly empty, there was power steering fluid on the underside of the engine. i called them that moday and got put on with bill. he said it was not covered under the warranty. i asked if they would help me out since i only had it 48 hours and he refused. he said it was on me to get it looked at and repaired. they will not stand behind their cars and forget about service after the sale.

He is rude and unprofessional. He did not fix my car after having it over 3 weeks, I had to have it towed to another shop, and had to rent a car. As a woman, he is lucky my husband kept his cool. He never returned my calls, and when I could get over there, the place was closed. I never heard so many excuses, how busy he was, what he thought was wrong with it, what a bad experience. How can I select a star rating?

The review is -5 Stars. The review is -5 Stars. I couldn't post unless I gave them at least 1 star. Their work is unsatifactory and they won't stand behind their warranty. My vehicle has less than 400 miles since rebuild by Ernie's and they refuse to cover the repairs. The work was completed by Ernie's through NAPA. I live in Florida and the repair was in PA. The truck was shipped from NAPA in PA to Florida. It was not driven to FL so since I recieved the truck it only had under 400 miles when it failed. Arrangements were made to diagnose and repair. Now Ernie's has failed to pay and I have to pay the bill to get my truck back....Therefore be fore warned that you too may end up in the same situation.
