This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

Went here to have have minor work done on my car. The following day, on my way to work, my car overheated which has never happened. Took the car back to the repair shop and had a hole in the radiator and needed a whole new one. Ironic? I think not. The owner Ed was rude and not customer friendly. I took the car to a different repair shop and they said the holes looked as though someone poked the with a screwdriver! Please do not take you car there!

Terrible service, overpriced. Up charge for parts and at least $100 more for labor than other places in the area. Avoid at all costs

The people that work at this estasblishment all use drugs....including the ignorant, trash owner. He is a "horrible" person who cusses at his customers and does "illegal" reposessions. The establishment is real TRASH. I wouldn't recommend that anyone buy anything there. LOSERS!!!!!
