Auto repair service near Macungie, PA

I purchased a car from them in October, first impression was that these were really honest family oriented people. The buying experience was wonderful. I now have to say, Buyer Beware!!! The car I purchased started with just small issues. First the high beams, then the front tires on the front within a month were showing steel, then came the big stuff, leaking head gasket and finally the transmission, all of this in less than 5 months. Their response was "Oh Well" It's a used car. Supposedly it passed inspection with flying colors, because the day I bought it, it had a brand new sticker. Please keep in mind, that i did not travel extensively with this car. My commute to work each day is only 8 min. each way all other travel was typical family stuff. Grocery store etc. If you decide to purchase from them, please bring a mechanic with you or have it checked immediately by a mechanic you trust, but I really would recommend buying a car elsewhere if possible

I purchased a minivan from them last April. They told me the van was running great with no issues at all. The van then within days of buying it had horrible issues. I got my mechanic to look at it and it found out that it had a severely bad transmission among other issues. I called the week right after I got it and they told me they'd get back to me and have a look at it and wouldn't sell me a bad car. They never got back to me and they ignored my phone calls ever since and hang up when I try to call from other numbers. I had to junk the van because it broke down and tranny went bad when I hadn't even had it one month. Just horrible situation to be put in due to dishonesty.

They damaged my new car during an inspection and refused to take responsibilty and fix it.

These guys were great! They fixed several problems on my 99 VW Beetle that the dealer had ignored even after I asked them to check them. They fixed problems that had been going on for years and got the check engine light off. They were also very reasonable and right down the road. Thanks Eurotek! I will be back with my other cars. My wife bought a used corvette from this dealer and he was a very nice guy but.... we saw an ad he had in a auto magazine with this car and it was suppose to come with 2 tops and we only got one. We called him and asked him about the second top and he said he would get back to us about the second top and also about the stereo not working in the car and its been months with no reply.Sorry but now you lost our repeat business because there is no follow through after the sale and word of mouth is not good for anyone doing business to the public.
