Auto repair service near Nazareth, PA

If I can see a zero on here, i would be rating this place a zero so others be aware. Am forced to believe that they are very insensitive business people who don't care about their customers. My experience here is annoying and very frustrating, ts a feeling of we have taken your money so what you gonna do about it. I took my car for AC repair they did their so called comprehensive diginosis and gave me a report to fix 3 things totaling to about $1300 or so I asked for a discount and I was given about $75 or so discount I agreed and left my car for repairs a day or 2 later was told to get my car that it's ready for pickup, the so called fixed Ac didn't work well I didnt realize this because following days weather was cool and i was mostly using my other car, my husband was the one who noticed about a week later when he returned home that AC wasn't working we took it back to them and the story changed, THAT NOW the Condenser and 2 other things are bad) that i have to pay another $2500 for it to be fixed. This is crazy and annoying cos Now they want me to pay almost $4000 to fix Ac when i should have just decided otherwise maybe get a new car instead I pleaded with them to be considerate on way forward for my already paid $1235 cos i wasnt going to pay $4000 to fix it and it was their fault that they had 1st done half or miss diginosised my car but they told me its my problem. This is very heartless for a so-called reputable business To treat people like this up to now very hurt cos i convinced my husband about them. After my experience, we further seached for more reviews about the company and found those that are hidden, We realized that others had been treated same way before at this same allied automotive business on Hamilton pa. I will advice you do DEEP reseach on their REVIEWS before fixing your car here. For me, this does not end here because this is not fare and it's pure robbery from innocent hard working people because they think or believe we can't do anything to them so why not?

My brakes went on Sunday before Memorial Day... got my car towed by Scott of Noble towing to Bobby's that night... on Tuesday, spoke with Bobby for the first time then spoke to his wife Robin... both are incredibly kind (understatement)!!! Got my car back on Wednesday!! I have a very strict budget (another understatement)... Bobby didn't make repairs he didn't have to, let me know about how long I could go until I needed to make the other repairs, both he & Robin treated me like a human being rather than cash in their pocket and on top of all that I'm driving a safe car!!! Amazing ethics!!

Although they were unable to get my RV in the door (literally), Cliff took the time to help me trouble-shoot what could be causing my brake-dragging issue, and then referred me to someone else who may be able to help. He shared an RV war story as well, so good vibes here! Thanks, Harry

Had an emergency over a weekend. Called on a Monday morning. Don got me in, fixed the issues, and I'm safe on the road again. Couldn't have gone better! Thank you!

My wife and I tend to buy vehicles new from the dealer and then keep them for at least a decade. Mark and his crew help us keep our vehicles on the road. I was particularly pleased when Mark not only completely replaced the rear brakes on my 02 Silverado 3500., but he also updated the Truck's computer with the latest software version! Now the truck shifts much more smoothly. On our 04 Honda Civic, we noticed that the coolant seemed to be needing replacement much too often. Mark, using chemical analysis, found that the head gasket was leaking. Mark and his crew were able to tackle this very labor intensive job and had the Honda back on the road in a few days. Shady Liars! Warning! Do not buy a car here. I wish I had checked reviews on-line BEFORE I went to Guru Auto World. If you're reading this, be sure to read reviews on other sites also. Do your research. This company has ripped off and manipulated too many people to deserve any business. I suspect some of the good reviews were written by Guru by the way they sound. Follow your instincts. I should have followed my gut when I walked in there and started dealing with the phonies, but I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt; until it was too late! I agreed on a car during the daytime, when I came back to purchase it the next night, their tone and attitude had totally changed. Well, they had my deposit ($500!) and wouldn't give it back. I took the car home (wish I read the other reviewers warning about their fees) and the next morning I noticed there were different tires on the car!!! When I left my deposit they were newer, dark black with deep treads. I didn't bother to look the night I purchased it, but now I have light colored, dry rotting, bald tires!!! When I called to complain they denied it and gave me a hard time! Disgraceful. The sad thing is, the workers have to be in on these dealings with the owner. I'm sure some are family, but the others must have to sell a little of their soul every day they go in there and handle their business the way they do. Shame on them. This company doesn't deserve your business. There are Thousands of other cars out there and truly nice, honest people willing to make you a good deal on them. Oh, and check BBB.org, saw that in a review after the fact also. Oh well, never again. You were warned.

Bought a car here and only a couple days later started having trouble. The troubles did not end, it was one thing after the other until I finally had enough. Robert who is the owner is a GREAT talker, he talks himself up like nothing I ever seen, but when you have problems with the car and get (rightfully so) angry and frustrated he shuts off the charm and the real him comes out. He forgets you are the customer (maybe because he has your signature and cash already) and he moves quickly onto aggression and tells you to fix it or give it back- how dare you be angry that I Sold you junk! (that is his stance). Very frustrating, I lost a lot of money and I know these places are geared towards people with no credit or bad credit but please do not do it, you think you are in a bad situation now - trust me if you get a lemon like I did you will be in a worse position. Fast talker, Super nice and friendly and full of crap until push comes to shove. His detailing looks nice, I will give them credit for that cause the car was spotless when I got it but for sales he is a HUGE fail in my case. Anyone who can sell a single mother of 3 a car and take over 3k between down payment, monthly payments and repairs and not even give them back one dollar after nothing but hassle and problems is not a good person. Actions speak louder then words and I hope no one else finds out like I did. He covered his butt coming and going with all the papers I signed saying he had a right to keep all money but had I found one bad review on him I would not have shopped there, so I am hoping that some one else can learn from my mistakes and take heed to this review and run

Don't ever buy a car from these people, they are thiefs. Junk cars and even worse customer service.

I had a very rude experience with Russ the owner. Charged for repairs that were never done to my car. Returned several time for follow ups to the same problems only to receive an annoyed answers from him and no further actions on their part. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!
