Their lack of communication about what service they conduct, and don't,although standard, just cost me the same the same $300 I spent last year for the same service...funny, their sure to tell you the price on the invoice, but not what service you need to follow up with on your own with another service station to have a complete repair.

Had my car trunk painted recently. Extremely poor customer service. When I got the car back, the new paint was covered with scratches and swirl marks. It looked worse than the original 10 year old paint on the car. Took it back to them. They were rude and said this is how it is. If possible, avoid these crooks! INEXPERIENCED AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!
