Auto repair service near New Hope, PA

I own a repair shop about 10 minutes away from this business. I sometimes do get customers who want to get their vehicles checked before purchasing from this dealer. Vehicles from what I have seen were in good shape. Just minimal repairs here and there on some vehicles but overall in good shape. Last week I saw a Jeep Wrangler for sale on their parking lot and asked them if I could roll this car to my shop to get it checked on the lift. They allowed me to and was very easy going. Was in great shape and the value was pretty reasonable. Very satisfied with my purchase here. And to the first reviewer Sonny, hopefully all you did was just replaced the fuel pump. Fuel pumps eventually do go bad on any vehicle. No fuel circulation = engine not starting. If replaced, car should be fine.

I had a very rude experience with Russ the owner. Charged for repairs that were never done to my car. Returned several time for follow ups to the same problems only to receive an annoyed answers from him and no further actions on their part. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!

Bought a car here and only a couple days later started having trouble. The troubles did not end, it was one thing after the other until I finally had enough. Robert who is the owner is a GREAT talker, he talks himself up like nothing I ever seen, but when you have problems with the car and get (rightfully so) angry and frustrated he shuts off the charm and the real him comes out. He forgets you are the customer (maybe because he has your signature and cash already) and he moves quickly onto aggression and tells you to fix it or give it back- how dare you be angry that I Sold you junk! (that is his stance). Very frustrating, I lost a lot of money and I know these places are geared towards people with no credit or bad credit but please do not do it, you think you are in a bad situation now - trust me if you get a lemon like I did you will be in a worse position. Fast talker, Super nice and friendly and full of crap until push comes to shove. His detailing looks nice, I will give them credit for that cause the car was spotless when I got it but for sales he is a HUGE fail in my case. Anyone who can sell a single mother of 3 a car and take over 3k between down payment, monthly payments and repairs and not even give them back one dollar after nothing but hassle and problems is not a good person. Actions speak louder then words and I hope no one else finds out like I did. He covered his butt coming and going with all the papers I signed saying he had a right to keep all money but had I found one bad review on him I would not have shopped there, so I am hoping that some one else can learn from my mistakes and take heed to this review and run

I paid to have windshield whiter fluid tank fixed, and you didn't. I scheduled appointment to fix and you cancelled it.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS FOR SERVICE!!!! Brought my Nissan 350Z in to get an estimate to repair/replace the cover that opens and closes over my navigation system. We received the estimate from Conicelli the next day but decided not to go through with the repair. When we went to pick the car up we noticed that the plastic surrounding the navigation system had been scratched all over. We immediately brought it to the service center's attention but they refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the damage. We spoke with two managers at the service center but they both refused to fix or replace the plastic that had been scratched. We requested a phone call from the owner but he never got back to us. These guys are jerks.
