Auto repair service near Punxsutawney, PA

Purchased 4 new Yokoama tires last year with a milage warranty. To be rotated for free every 8K miles. One rotation session was a peelout test for my car...worker churped the tires and sped out of the garage when finished (right in front of me). Then the last rotation led to a huge shimmey in the front, took it right back fearing something was wrong, they told me the rim was bent and that it would cost hundreds and hundreds to get a new one. I went to another tire dealer for a second opinion...no bent rim and my Yokohamas are all worn out. Crap tires and service.

Go somewhere else, unless you 1)want to spend the day looking for overpriced car parts you could have gotten cheaper online had you only been told the prior week you needed the parts 2) want the constant runaround as to how long it will take, when you have told them this is my only vehicle and I have to arrange a ride, not worth it, find somewhere else

Only used 1 transmission mount along with only 5 of the 8 flywheel bolts which ended up dismounting the clutch plate and bending the crankshaft. Don't use this business, they ruined my car and rendered it undriveable.

We continued to tell the shop about the problem, they first of all said " well it can't be that big of a deal "..Long story short, they had it a total of 4 times. They wouldn't listen to our concerns, wouldn't answer our phone calls, very rude, very unprofessional! The sales dept is just as bad. Now, they refuse to honor the rest of our warranty term, which we've already paid for.
