My brakes went on Sunday before Memorial Day... got my car towed by Scott of Noble towing to Bobby's that night... on Tuesday, spoke with Bobby for the first time then spoke to his wife Robin... both are incredibly kind (understatement)!!! Got my car back on Wednesday!! I have a very strict budget (another understatement)... Bobby didn't make repairs he didn't have to, let me know about how long I could go until I needed to make the other repairs, both he & Robin treated me like a human being rather than cash in their pocket and on top of all that I'm driving a safe car!!! Amazing ethics!!

These guys were great! They fixed several problems on my 99 VW Beetle that the dealer had ignored even after I asked them to check them. Liars and untrustworthy people dishonest racist white people im spanish the moment I step foot in this place I knew they had a problem even looking at a spanish person which god will take care of them when the time comes but I had pay to get a piece from my muffler welded come to find out they just put a screw then when I brought it to there attention they had the nerve to tell me that the work wasn't by them but yet they just put another screw I just looked at them n walked away. Why must people be so mean anyway don't bother with this place unless your white and happy with the way they treat others.

I have always been thoroughly satisfied with Precision Engine each time I have visited to have my cars assessed and fixed. Frank worked on my 2000 wagon this time. He did an excellent job. Car runs very nicely and was fluttering and blowing blue smoke when I brought it in! Dustin worked on my 1971 classic car and is also an excellent mechanic. I feel very fortunate to have Precision Engine nearby.

I used to fix my car in Bill Deihls shop. He was very honest person then I moved to NY,SC & Texas states. Until now I couldn't find an honest mechanic shop tells you exactly what is the car needs with a reasonable price.

I just went there to get my car inspected on a couple weeks ago. They failed my car for my muffler and the rubber bushings in my control arms. I took it to my regular mechanic in NJ and NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR!! Meineke wanted to charge me almost $1000 to fix nothing. I will never go there again for anything. All they want to do is rip you off. DON'T GO THERE!!

SCAMMERS and THIEVES. Called reception asked “how much to change break pads, labor only because I have Autozone pads” was told $130. Told them I’ll be there in 40min, male reception said OK. Come there, wait an additional 30 minutes, the male receptionist finally shows up, gets my car or the lift and I wait another 30 minutes. Receptionist finally gives me the bill breakdown, mind you they haven’t even started on the car, with price tag of $160 for FRONT break pads and another $160 for BACK break pads, with mandatory purchase/installation of THEIR OWN front rotors. I tell them “over the phone I was quoted $130, and I’ll be back in 10 minutes with my own front rotors.” At that moment the receptionist FREAKS OUT. He starts screaming at me and my 70 year old mother, saying stuff like “YOU PEOPLE” and “PEOPLE LIKE YOU” (racist much?) “always do this, I can’t stand you, maybe I don’t even want to do this job”. So I said no worries, I’ll go elsewhere. He began arguing with me, called me stupid for not knowing I needed rotors, said he’s been “in the (scamming?) business for many years” so I stood there politely listening to his nonsense, and then said “I just want to mention that I failed state inspection 3 days prior, for the reason of “low break pads”. He got embarrassed, turned red and stopped talking. He charged me $60 for putting the car on the lift, oh and when I was leaving, one of the mechanics “conveniently forgot” to put back in my car a brand new car part “Tie Rod End” that I also purchased at Autozone to be changed at a later time. Did he forget, or did he steal and was hoping we won’t notice? You decide. Thanks for reading.

This is the worse place ever. They lost my car keys, my car wasn't aligned despite being told it was, the nuts weren't tightened on my tires, the owner Sal or at least I think he said he was and his wife are rude and seemed to not be on good terms so the customer service is horrible. Worse experience ever!! Don't take your car there...I even saw the owner looking at a teen inappropriately! Shame on you Sal!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! i bought a car from his nephew, at this shop, the owner swore up and down that he looked over the whole thing and couldnt figure it out...when i got home and had a friend look at it, right away he noticed things that a competent mechanic should notice...for example...he didn t realize the control arms needed to be replaced? i m not going to even begin to list all of the other issues he didn t notice but i will say this, the owner as well as the mechanics are 1 of 2 things...incompetent or just plain dirt-bags...and by dirt-bags i mean rip offs...STAY AWAY!!!
