STOPPED IN TO PURCHASE A 10" SPEAKER BOX FROM A LOCAL COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER IT, AND IF I PAID FOR IT NOW THEY WOULD HAVE IT SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO MY HOME! WELL AFTER 2 MONTHS I HAD CALLED THE STORE IN FRANKLIN AND TALKED WITH THE SAME GUY WITH NO TEETH AND HE SAID THERE WAS NO RECORG OF ME BUYING THIS BOX AND I MUST BE MISTAKEN! SO TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER IT YOUR SELF FROM CRUTCHFEILD OR ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY AND NOT XTREME AUDIO. Bought a truck from Jack's Auto Sales & Service and 20 minutes down the road it lost a center cap, engine light came on, it lost oil pressure, and the gauge cluster said to "shut engine off low oil pressure". I've been in the auto motive industry almost 20 years, and that doesn't just happen 20 minutes after you buy a vehicle. It looks like the codes were maybe cleared just to hurry up & sell it (which is illegal). When I called Jack he said that had never happened before, that it was an oil pressure sensor, and for me to fix it. I spent my time & money the next morning to replace that part, and it lost oil pressure 8 times in 2 miles. Junk engine. Since I had problems in the first 20 minutes, called him then, had the rest of the problems in less than 24 hours, I called Jack and requested my money back. He refused. We didn't even sign and transfer the title yet. I needed a work truck for my business. Now I spent all my money on a piece of junk I can't afford to fix. I may lose my business over this. It will need towed, so I can't even drive it at all. DON"T EVER BUY FROM " JACK'S AUTO SALES & SERVICE"!!!!!!!!!

I had mud flaps and running boards and a hitch put on my jeep and I thought he did a great job.And I had my truck detailed and they did a good job doing that also. So I was happy with their service and I would go back.
