I am so lucky to have these guys down the street from me! They're my heroes! Tony was recommended at different times by guys working at Pep Boys, Auto Zone, as well as another mechanic before I actually found myself at his shop. When 3 car dudes recommend a mechanic, you know they have to be solid! I showed up one night after 5pm with an emergency, and the guys were incredibly kind, quick, and the repair was more than reasonably priced. I was out of there by my daughter's bedtime..and my positive experience has been repeated every time I have gone there. All the guys that work there are really awesome and conscientious, and each of them at one time or another has gone above and beyond in unexpected ways to make sure my car is at its best. When I needed to replace my beat up old vehicle, Tony took the time to look the new one over and drive it around the block so I could feel secure in making a good decision. I could seriously keep writing about their awesomeness, but i think i have made my point. If you need a reliable, honest, and reasonable mechanic, this is the place to go.

I recommend this company for my friends. Now this company has new owner. He did excellent service and high quality job on car painting. I feel the former owner did not do good job but the new owner did excellent job. My car was repaired 11 years ago. The paint starts peeling off. The paint is life time warranty. The owner was changed meanwhile, so I was not expecting to get the job done. New owner, Wade, is so kind to take the paint job and did finish beautifully. He did not charge any, even it is not his responsibility. I really appreciate for his kindness. Also he gave me a ride when I dropped my car off, and delivered my car to the place I needed. I am a little late with this review, but I have to get this out so no one else gets screwed over like I did. Back in July I bought a Grand Marquis from them and about 1 week later I notice that there was something wrong with the brakes. I took the car into the dealership and had the service dept take a look at my car. They replaced one brake line and said everything was good. Fast forward about 2 weeks later and my brakes give out on me while I am driving so I take it into another shop and they said the other brake lines were rusted out so bad they at car should have never been sold like that in the first place. What gets me though is how can they replace one brake line and not even tell me the other 3 were rusted out. This has showed me they don't care about the customers and only care about the all mighty dollar. Hershey motors risked me getting in an accident by not telling me about my brake lines. Which I don't understand because had they told me the other 3 needed to be replaced too. I would have had them all replaced. After all that's common sense, but Hershey motors don't have that. They just want the quick sell.

My 2004 Acura RL remains in a local shop with problems with alternator and belts. LVAG had a signed 36 month extended warranty in hand on 3/4/2014 when I bought the car but after a phone call today the salesperson stated it has not been sent to NADA,the warranty company. There is something very wrong here, to take payment for coverage, to have the customer call NADA several times and give ID numbers without a question, and wait over a month and not send in the paper work. LVAG appears to have taken a risk that a claim would not be entered for some time and their first payment and paper work would be stalled. Very poor business practice !!!

No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.

On November 27th, 2012, I stopped at Whitaker gas station at 300 s. Easton rd, Glenside Pa, and pumped gas into my car and started on my way. I did'nt get very far because the gas that I pumped and later found out that other drivers pumped contained a black oily substance which rendered my vehicle inoperable. I had to be towed to my home and from there I was towed to my car dealer the next day leaving me with a car repair bill for approx. $700.00. I having been trying every since to be reimbursed for the money I had to pay out of my pocket. The gas station said they are not responsible. I was given a name to who is suppose to be responsible. Right now the buck is being passed back and forth. I have a name and phone number given to me KUMUR is the name 1-732-598-2041 is the phone number. Who ever you are man up now! I am angry, I am a women scorned. I will put this on TV, I will have you in court. I will put the word out all on the internet about you.

They have always done a great job with our cars. they tell you about things that will need to be worked on in the future. They have very fair pricing for the work they do.
