They damaged my new car during an inspection and refused to take responsibilty and fix it.

No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.

On November 27th, 2012, I stopped at Whitaker gas station at 300 s. Easton rd, Glenside Pa, and pumped gas into my car and started on my way. I did'nt get very far because the gas that I pumped and later found out that other drivers pumped contained a black oily substance which rendered my vehicle inoperable. I had to be towed to my home and from there I was towed to my car dealer the next day leaving me with a car repair bill for approx. $700.00. I having been trying every since to be reimbursed for the money I had to pay out of my pocket. The gas station said they are not responsible. I was given a name to who is suppose to be responsible. Right now the buck is being passed back and forth. I have a name and phone number given to me KUMUR is the name 1-732-598-2041 is the phone number. Who ever you are man up now! I am angry, I am a women scorned. I will put this on TV, I will have you in court. I will put the word out all on the internet about you.

The owner is absolutely fantastic. He does great work with honest prices, and will volunteer to let you know what you can wait to do! He tries to save you money while doing the best work possible. His secretary is a wonderful delight to deal with, as well. Always happy and willing to work with you, pleasant.

Went to have my breaks checked. A & A Auto Service was totally fill with honest and awesome mechanic. Told me I could go a couple of months before having them changed!

We came in to the dealership to browse for a car. We were promptly greeted by a salesman named Chris who went on to surpass any and all or our expectations. We purchased that night, and our salesman stayed with us answering all of our questions. He was extremely thorough with everything we might ever need to know. We're very pleased with our purchase and the buying experience. We were treated like vip clients.

We had been looking for a used Impala for a long time before finding our new vehicle on their website. From there the process was easy. Chris answered all my questions over the phone including going out to check on specific car features for me. The price was competitive and the quality good. Purchased car on ebay, listed as "drive it today". had shipped 300 miles away due to covid nonsense and upon delivery battery was dead...no big deal, replaced battery and took for a drive, noticed front end shake, took to garage where they found $2500 in repairs needed. Lower control Arm, Motor mounts broken, bad axle and airbag control module. this was just the safety defects...also needs water pump, brakes, belt, tires to name a few...has bolts missing underneath and so on. long story short, STAY AWAY!!! ripoff artists and cons...they should not be allowed to sell cars. and that is being kind....

My 2004 Acura RL remains in a local shop with problems with alternator and belts. LVAG had a signed 36 month extended warranty in hand on 3/4/2014 when I bought the car but after a phone call today the salesperson stated it has not been sent to NADA,the warranty company. There is something very wrong here, to take payment for coverage, to have the customer call NADA several times and give ID numbers without a question, and wait over a month and not send in the paper work. LVAG appears to have taken a risk that a claim would not be entered for some time and their first payment and paper work would be stalled. Very poor business practice !!!
