This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

I own a repair shop about 10 minutes away from this business. I sometimes do get customers who want to get their vehicles checked before purchasing from this dealer. Vehicles from what I have seen were in good shape. Just minimal repairs here and there on some vehicles but overall in good shape. Last week I saw a Jeep Wrangler for sale on their parking lot and asked them if I could roll this car to my shop to get it checked on the lift. They allowed me to and was very easy going. Was in great shape and the value was pretty reasonable. Very satisfied with my purchase here. And to the first reviewer Sonny, hopefully all you did was just replaced the fuel pump. Fuel pumps eventually do go bad on any vehicle. No fuel circulation = engine not starting. If replaced, car should be fine.

DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS FOR SERVICE!!!! Brought my Nissan 350Z in to get an estimate to repair/replace the cover that opens and closes over my navigation system. We received the estimate from Conicelli the next day but decided not to go through with the repair. When we went to pick the car up we noticed that the plastic surrounding the navigation system had been scratched all over. We immediately brought it to the service center's attention but they refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the damage. We spoke with two managers at the service center but they both refused to fix or replace the plastic that had been scratched. We requested a phone call from the owner but he never got back to us. These guys are jerks.

We came in to the dealership to browse for a car. We were promptly greeted by a salesman named Chris who went on to surpass any and all or our expectations. We purchased that night, and our salesman stayed with us answering all of our questions. He was extremely thorough with everything we might ever need to know. We're very pleased with our purchase and the buying experience. We were treated like vip clients.

We had been looking for a used Impala for a long time before finding our new vehicle on their website. From there the process was easy. Chris answered all my questions over the phone including going out to check on specific car features for me. The price was competitive and the quality good. I purchased a minivan from them last April. They told me the van was running great with no issues at all. The van then within days of buying it had horrible issues. I got my mechanic to look at it and it found out that it had a severely bad transmission among other issues. I called the week right after I got it and they told me they'd get back to me and have a look at it and wouldn't sell me a bad car. They never got back to me and they ignored my phone calls ever since and hang up when I try to call from other numbers. I had to junk the van because it broke down and tranny went bad when I hadn't even had it one month. Just horrible situation to be put in due to dishonesty.
