I recently purchased a Jeep Commander Limited from providence Autos in Quarryville, Pa and I must state it was one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with an automobile dealership. I had spent 5 weeks searching across the country for a Jeep Commander Limited that met all my criteria regarding color inside and out as well as options and price. Many times I found a Jeep and then checked the reviews regarding the dealer selling it. Many times the dealer’s credentials came up short. Then I came across a Jeep that met most of criteria at Providence Autos. I worked with a sales consultant named Cody Eberly. I was amazed at the forthrightness, friendliness, and honesty Cody displayed to me while we worked out the details of purchasing this auto (keeping in mind I was 3 states away). I realized at the gas station my front left tire was way low. No air there so I stopped by on a recommendation that the might have air. The tech stopped what he was doing and had me on the road in 5 min as I don't live around there. Would not even take my money as much as I tried. He also found the spike/nail and told me since it was a new tire a patch should be better than a plug. Gave me great advice and super kind. I might drive 30 miles to go back to these guys for regular service!!

I was in an auto accident with a $1,000 Deductible through my auto insurance. I had gotten a couple of estaments done on my car. All of them where well over 4 thousand dollars. The auto insurance company sent me a check for 3,200.00 to do the repair. They picked up my car and paid for the storage and then did body work on the car instead of replacing parts with new parts and then painted the entire car instead of just parts of the car. I looks like brand new and they did it all for what the insurance company paid. I did not have to pay the $1,000 deductible out of pocket. This was great since I did not have that kind of money laying around. I had my car back in 4 days instead of the 4-6weeks every one was telling me it was going to take. My car looks like new and runs great. They even sent the car out to a frame shop to make sure every thing was straight prior to doing the auto body. These guys will always have my business.

Awful car repair shop! DON'T GO! Went to get my car inspected and oil changed and ended up costing $127! Charged me for the 19.99 advertised for the and then an additional $15 for 'Parts/supplies' such as dirty rags and towels. My emissions did not pass but the shop continued to do my safety check without asking me(I was at the shop the entire time) and charged me for both. The emissions did not pass because I had a engine safety light on and they charged me $30 to read the codes. They told me that I had to get my oxygen sensor replaced, the part costing a whopping $238(which I did not agree to). When I took my car to another shop to check the issue, the shop(the trusted one I go to back home) told me that it was not my oxygen sensor at all but was the thermostat for the car engine popped out. I told Meineke what happened, and they refused to give me even a partial refund, even though they admitted that their computer was at fault. AWFUL service AWFUL people, a bunch of liars!

It was late afternoon and it was raining outside, had an important app't to get to. Live just a few blocks away and discovered my tire was almost flat. I popped my head in the door of the service station and asked them if they could put some air in my tire. This very sarcastic young man said, we are really busy, I am going to have to say no! not a good impression when I was considering taking my car there for servicing and it would have been within walking distance. You may have been busy, but how long does it take to put air in someone's tire. Luckily I made it to a place down the street and they were more than happy to help me. Learn some manners young man! It could be you some day, needing some air in your tire.
