I started going to Kevin's years ago on the recommendation of my former repair guy, who retired. All I asked for was a good mechanic who was fair and trustworthy (a lot to ask for these days, eh?) Kevin fits the bill on all the requirements. He works his butt off to get jobs done on time and charges very fair prices. Even more importantly, he stands by his work. Do do yourself a huge favor and do not go to King Philip Motors. I bought a vehicle from deal three months ago it’s been a nightmare dealing with him ever cents my first problem was the day I drove off the lot my truck started to overheat immediately I took the truck back in two days for a deal to fix it he did at no cost as it should be but his warranty is horrible 30 day warranty you pay half. But when I asked how much for the next problem he could not give me a estimate. I asked other mechanics and they told me this was a three hour job approximately $300 but Dale would not give me any idea. This was a problem. He could say anything after the job was done. He could say it took 10 hrs. I had no way to disprove this. But I didn’t have to worry because after dropping it off three times. Accidentally two weeks without my vehicle

The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.
