I was thrilled with his expert analysis of the situation to repair my car without pulling the engine, which would have been an expensive procedure. I was quoted $800 for pads and rotors front and rear I went to Buckley auto center and he had a special of $199 front or rear pads and rotors for almost every car. I saved $400. He used quality parts and the owner himself did the job for me so I know it was done right. The waiting room was clean and service was excellent.

We started going there over 2 years ago, was very happy we found a good mechanic shop, then this winter, 2015..brought mt car in for a oil change and had a few fees that I had never seen before..and they advised me I need my tires rotated (but the were done in September 2014 and I don't drive much...about 7,000 miles a year so I was a little disappointed...then my husband brought his vehicle in for an oil change and he was NOT charge any additional fees...and no recommendations on service and he drives his vehicle everyday. Disappointed and hope this was just a misstep in service.

Do do yourself a huge favor and do not go to King Philip Motors. I bought a vehicle from deal three months ago it’s been a nightmare dealing with him ever cents my first problem was the day I drove off the lot my truck started to overheat immediately I took the truck back in two days for a deal to fix it he did at no cost as it should be but his warranty is horrible 30 day warranty you pay half. But when I asked how much for the next problem he could not give me a estimate. I asked other mechanics and they told me this was a three hour job approximately $300 but Dale would not give me any idea. This was a problem. He could say anything after the job was done.
