Service was done excellent as expected. But they reported the wrong mileage to CarFax so my app has been acting up telling me mileage mismatch. But all in all everything was great.

If you are looking for someone to attempt to do a job and never show back up I recommend you use Fleet Specialties. Rude owner that doesn’t keep his word, find anyone else but this business for a repair service. Would definitely give 0 stars if the option was there. Tried to do a repair, left and never came back. Multiple times he promised to come and never showed up. Horrible business practices

My son graduated from CofC and stayed in Charleston to work. On 28 Dec 2015, my son truck's brakes were completely gone, which required a tow and complete rebuild. I'm in Virginia and I spoke to the gentlemen at the Mount Pleasant location. It's after the holidays and money was tight. Hay tire understood our situation. Not only did they keep it under budget, but I was able to get the oil changed as well. They even took the time to mail me the receipt to me in Virginia. Hay Tire Pros are true professionals and you can trust them to do the work required without adding anything extra. My son is going to stay in Charleston and Hay Tire Pros is going to be his car care specialist that we can trust! Bryan D.

This was a failed attempt to do damage to me and/or my Wellness Clinic, but this fellow got his facts wrong and could not even put up the correct information... I have been attached personally in this forum for filing a legitimate complaint about an appliance service company. The employee has placed this ''complaint'' but have never been a patient of mine, seen me in the office or even inquired about services from me as a doctor. He is attacking ''me'' personally not addressing the complaint. This is called a ad hominem attack in Philosophy, when someone cannot "man-up" and defend themselves in a rational and logical way, they attack the ''person'' who is arguing the case. This is indicative of an immature and unethical approach or response to debating an issue or argument.
